Had some crowns come off my teeth. They took me in the office and in one day. They had put the crowns back on and it built the other tooth up so that they could put a crown on it. Did a wonderful job. Thank you to Dr Pilgrim and his staff

They are super nice. They keep you at ease and explain everything thoroughly. They are amazing.

Dr. Pilgrim & his office staff/hygentist was kind, friendly and very welcoming. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was able to be seen that day! The waiting area was warm and inviting as well. Highly recommend Dr. Pilgrim.

Great staff! Ms Wilson is my dental tech and she is great! Dr Pilgrim is very nice and friendly too! Tina and all the rest of the staff are wonderful! Office and lobby and individual rooms are very clean and neat. Bathroom also is very clean and orderly.

Dr Pilgrim and staff are always caring, and professional . I highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pilgrim’s since the late 1970s. I have found the staff and Dr. Pilgrim to be courteous, competent and patient centered. Having any kind of dental work has not been my first choice. But the staff Immediately puts you at ease, making the visit enjoyable.

I have been going to Dr. Pilgrim for over thirty five years and he and his staff are great. They go above and beyond to help any way they can.

I have been seeing Dr. Pilgrim since he opened his practice here in Chattanooga Valley. I moved here over thirty years ago, so that should speak to the level of satisfaction I have experienced with this practice. The office is beautifully decorated, which makes it a pleasant place to wait for your appointment time. I’m sure that isn’t important for everyone, but I really love that it isn’t a bare bones, sterile, or uncomfortable place to be. The staff gets a ten out of ten rating as they are both friendly and knowledgeable. Some places you may get one or the other, but not always both. Dr. Pilgrim is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. One Sunday I had a guest break a tooth and I called the doctor and he met us at his office and prepped my friend’s tooth so that it wouldn’t be painful until they could see their own dentist. My friend’s dentist told them that he had never seen more professional work. Over the many years I have been seeing Dr. Pilgrim I can honestly say that I have never had a single complaint about either the staff or the level of care I have received. So glad I found Dr. Pilgrim after suffering at the hands of an incompetent dentist for half a decade. He and his staff should be the Gold Standard by which all other dentists are judged. God bless you, Dr. Pilgrim.

Always prompt and courteous. They know I have a dentist phobia and work with my anxiety!!

I had an emergency, called Dr Pilgrims office at 11:10. They asked how soon I could be there. In and out! I was there no longer than 45 mins! And ZERO pain! Don’t know how he did it! My biggest fear is dental work. I’ve found my new dentist! Thank you and your staff for being so efficient and friendly!

Needed to see a dentist ASAP, was able to see them almost immediately. Had a loose molar, Dr Pilgrim pulled it, no pain at all !! One day later and all is well, no swelling and still no pain !! Have appt in 2 weeks for cleaning

Best Dentist and staff!!! You could not ask for a more caring Dentist. I have received phone calls after dental procedures to make sure I was ok.... Dr. Pilgrim never makes you feel rushed, and always takes his time to answer any questions you may have..I highly recommend this office!!!

Always the best experiences. I feel like I'm coming back home every time. I live in Alabama now, so I kinda am coming home. Its over an hour drive, but Ive never considered going anywhere else. I first met Dr Pilgrim working at a nursing home. He was the only dentist that would come see our elderly patients. Often at little cost. My wife still doesn't like going to the dentist. Just one of her quirks; but is impressed by Dr Pilgrim and his staff. They always ask me about her. They really do care and that is hard to find nowadays. Always the best experiences. Had our first visit & I have to say it was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, Jasmina was awesome & we loved Dr. Pilgram.

This office is the best! Everyone is so friendly and they truly care about the patient and go over and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Dr. Pilgrim, his hygienists, assistants, and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Dr. Pilgrim has a one-of-a-kind rapport with all his patients and is sure to provide the utmost care and treatment. His attention to detail leaves no room for concern in regards to periodontal health.

My hygienist always takes care not to hurt me while cleaning my teeth, & she tells me what I should watch out for, problem areas to maintain. The office and rooms are pleasant & comfortable, & all the staff is friendly. Dr. Pilgrim has taken good care of our family’s teeth for many years!

This guy is awesome. I've been going to him for years. He has great bedside manner and is great at what he does. The office staff is friendly and courteous and he accepts most insurance. One of the last small town family dentists.

Great experience with Dr. Pilgrim and his staff. They bend over backwards to accommodate their patients. I would recommend this group to anyone needing dental work at a reasonable cost. His office offers many procedures to enhance ones smile and functionality.

I have been a patient of Dr Pilgrim for 10+ years. From the first visit I have been treated like I was their most important patient. I'm a really big chicken and get very anxious about dental work. They don't make fun of me they just do what is necessary to make me comfortable. Great folks.
