I took my young child in for a regular cleaning and was refused service because I would not allow the employee to be alone with him. I was told that is was state law for them to be alone with young children because it does not respect social distancing to have a parent or guardian in the room. There are several doors in between where I would have been and where my child would have been and there are several exits in this building. I would not have been able to see of hear my child. I am thoroughly disgusted with this dental office. I called several other dentists in the area and they do not follow this same protocol. Please bring your child elsewhere. Something is NOT right with these people.

I was so happy to have my tooth repair. My old old filling fell out. I did have to wait for over a month, which was sooner than others in my family. I am just so happy to have the pain removed and my tooth repaired. Thank you so much.

I knew I had to have my tooth pulled. I don't like going to dentists since I was a kid. Dr. Strampe was funny and cordial. He made sure the area was numb, and he had that tooth out in a matter of minutes. I will definitely go back to him. All of the other staff were just great too, courteous and confidential. I had 6 teeth pulled and got new dentures. I LOVE MY NEW SMILE!!! The staff was friendly and caring and professional. I didnt feel like just a number. The teeth look just like my real smile did many years ago!!!

Ever since my first filling there, I even had redone, it still gives me problems at times and it's been over 2 years. Every single filing I get there hurts. Another time recently I went through so much discomfort getting some fillings and one the teeth feel so uncomfortable. The filling feels like it wasn't done right and it doesn't even look right either. I do not recommend them sorry.

I was greeted quickly and referred to the check-in desk. The wait to see my hygenist was very short, which I appreciate. My hygenist greeted me with a friendly, "How are you today?" She took time to listen to my concern and got to work. She was efficient, pleasant, and thorough in her job. Lucky for me I had no major issues and scheduled my next check-up. Can't ask for more than that. A pleasing experience overall.

I called on Monday morning, asking if I could get in within the next two days and have a filling that fell out replaced. I got an appointment the very next day. When the arrived the paper work was easy to fill out. I had one question and the gal at the desk answered it in a very friendly manner. The Dental Assistant and the dentist both explained to me every thing they were going to do before they did anything. My tooth looks great and I feel much better knowing it is fixed. Everyone there was very caring and helpful.

Kind staff from receptionist to assistant to dentist. Informed me of options and choices available to me but stressed the importance of what insurance will cover. Let me make choices best suited to me. Explained my care plan and detailed information of what will be done at visits. Only downside is waiting 3 weeks for insurance to have final say. Great first impression and I'd refer anyone here.

I absolutely love this place..As sad as that sounds these people treat you with dignity and as a human being..ive had 3 teeth removed in 4 yrs and its been alright...i fear the dentist but ive always had a super cool assistant exam me and smokin hot doctor usually rippin into my mouth...i will be back!! A lot of people say not so nice things about Northen Smile dentistry, but I do correct then . I say they have mother but kind, respectful, honest, n just wonderful to me n what had to be done on my teeth. My (expectations ) has always been meant, with Dr. Waller n her team. All the people that work there were understanding to the needs that I had to received. I thank them ever so much. The only bad thing is getting an appointment, that’s frustrating, but they really do try to get u in ad best as they can. We just need more dentistry like yours that compensates and except our type of insurance. One thing is for sure the dentist wouldn’t feel so over ran n the clients could get in faster only if we had more of ur type of dentistry like I said. I went in for a root canal and still have pain. Today I went in to have a cavity filled and had my tooth drilled out and filled, no where near the actual cavity I wanted fixed. This is the only dentist I can get in to right now and now I had to set up another appointment to go back in, hopefully next time I can get the actual cavity taken care of. Unfortunately I have to wait a month and a half and deal with the pain.

I wrote a review yesterday about how this office did not take care of what I needed done and I was still having pain from a previous appointment. I saw a different dentist in the afternoon yesterday who cleared up on my misunderstandings and offered to fit me in to fix the cavity that I wanted fixed. I have not had dental insurance for many years and haven't had a chance to get into a dentist in about 10 years. Today I went in for a cleaning and to see the damage. My hygienist was so nice. I told her about my intense dental phobia and she was gentle and explained everything she was going to do prior to beginning. The scheduling staff were also so great. I will be going back for some fillings in a few months and pray that my next visit will be as pleasant as the first.
