We absolutely loved our experience with everyone in the office. I thought it would take a few hours for 4 of us to get eye exams but that wasn’t the case. We were all seen quickly without any rush. We definitely will be back.

I had some major concerns going into the eye doctor for the first time in years, but Dr Kelly and her staff were amazing! They took the time to explain and answer all of my questions! I could not ask for better service!

State of the art equipment. Staff very knowledgeable from beginning to the end. Dr Riley was attentive to my needs; knowledgeable , informative and thorough with each facet of my eyeglass examination. Eyeglass dept selections were great with helpful staff.

We just moved to the area, so choosing Dr. Riley’s office was a matter of convenience. I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Riley’s staff were very professional and utilized the machines and equipment efficiently. The Medical record was reviewed in the room with Dr. Riley before she did the actual exam. She explained what she could do, gave options for glasses and:or contacts and answered all my questions. She gave me contacts to trial, and said we could do glasses if that is desired. ( I have had glasses from 2 other providers and vision was not corrected.) She was professional, her office is pleasing to the eye and everything was cleaned before and after each use. Thank You! Dr. Riley and her team know that people have crazy busy schedules. That’s why I really appreciate the reminders that are sent out. With them, I would walked right through the day and missed my appointment. Very friendly staff and Dr. Riley is the “BEST”. Because she gives you her undivided attention. Dr. Riley is very knowledgeable about her practice and very personable which makes it very easy to be comfortable while your there. The staff is just as knowledgeable and wonderful, making it a place that you feel very welcome to come back to.

Dr. Riley, Virginia, Hayden and Dora are the ladies I have dealt with so far. They couldn't be any more friendly, pleasant and helpful. I wish I had found them 11 years ago when I first moved to Brownfield. They are so professional and personable. They feel more like friends each time I go in. It's such a gorgeous place too. This was my first time (seeing) an eye doctor in a long time, she was able too calm my nerves, very welcoming while remaining very Professional ( covid careful ). The equipment she used Was up-to-date and very very Proficient and very clean. I would recomend her to anyone at any age! I had a accident with my eye glasses, my wife didnt notice them on the stove and they were well done before we new it.... the staff were able to completely replace my glasses and had them back too me within a week ! This place was and is amazing! do yourself a favor and check them out!!! I've been here a handful of times thru the years, and it's always been ok. But my last experience with them will be just that. They basically required me to get the 35$ eye test that isn't covered by insurance or they would dialate my eyes. And I still don't know why it was necessary. Exam went good then I was suggested these new digital lenses that are supposed to make me see better, clearer, help with astigmatism and night time so I was all for it. When I got the glasses, the lenses were all wrong. While doing some research, I found out that with these "digital" lenses, they are supposed to correct my astigmatism. But when you out them on, it looked like everything was magnified and rounded and when I looked at myself, I felt like I was looking in a fun house mirror. Research says that if you're used to regular glasses, these can take up to 4 WEEKS to be able to see right out of them. Had someone actually EXPLAINED this to me, I would have said no from the get.I feel like this place "suggests" things to you to get you to pay more. I've been to other places and they don't do things this way. Also, I got a text message saying my second pair of glasses were in, so I go in, and they weren't ready. Just a huge waste of my time. This was absolutely a great experience! I have had many eye exams in the past and I was so comfortable and impressed with Dr. Riley and her staff (especially Dalyce). They made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I would drive all day for service like that.

I always have a good experience when visiting Kelly. Prices are right, service is great, place is clean and modern, I feel very comfortable with the exam. They were all very nice and quick. Explained thoroughly. Very helpful because they told me about things I had no idea I could even get. They even called twice after I got my new glasses to make sure they were working for me and that I had no problems. First doctor I've had to ever do that. Wonderful!
