I got my wisdom teeth removed on Monday. Have had nothing but problems. Was in urgent care bc of the pain. I can't get ahold of the office. Have called everyday. Its hard to get ahold of the on call number. I showed up to the office multiple times this week. And each time I've been there the office is closed. I went to Dr. Rottman to have two teeth extracted... I have not had very good experiences with some dentists so I am quite apprehensive to have my teeth worked on. I found Dr. Rottman to be very friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does plus he made me feel at ease (triple score as far as I am concerned)... Dr. Rottman was able to place the sedation IV on the first attempt (score again, and didn’t even mind that I suggested the best site to use).... I was asleep within second and woke up with no issues... plus I had NO BLEEDING from the extraction sites (score again)... I’ve had a huge amount of teeth removed by extraction and this session was by far the easiest and painless I have ever experienced.. Recovery was easy and I didn’t even come close to using the full script of pain reliever that he wrote for me... would I go back to Dr. Rottman again for extractions? Oh heck yes, in a heartbeat.... Needed to cancel a Monday morning appointment, called Friday morning, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE and the answering machine says "this machine will not be checked for messages." Then received a letter telling me that they wouldn't see me because I missed an appointment without calling. I called. Nobody was in your office and no way to leave a message. And yet I'M the one to blame? What a joke. I went to this dentist to have my teeth extracted..and I have to go back for the right side of my mouth. I just want to say that this is the best dentist that I have ever been to in my life. Everyone there is so nice and polite and they made my experience so great. The visit was over before I knew it and I've had little pain...I would recommend this place for your dental needs. Thank you to all the staff and Keith Rottman DDS for taking care of me... all of you rock and I love the way the office smells with all the lovely candles.... Everyone that works here is really nice and sweet. Even Dr. Rottman, he's a wonderful guy!!

The office greeted me as soon as I walked in the door,they were friendly and welcoming. Dr Rottman's surgical staff was very knowledgeable, nice, and made sure I felt comfortable even before I saw the Doctor. Dr. Rottman was informed of my health history before he entered my room. He went over the procedure and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Dr Rottman really cares about the well-being of his patients This is the only oral surgery office I would go to. I had no pain afterward.

Dr. Rottman and his staff were all very patient and understanding of my fear of the dentist. It did not take long to get back for my surgery and I couldn’t believe how quick they were done! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I'd like to leave a little message about Dr. Rottman. His practice and staff are top notch. He has been able to accommodate me when Iwas in severe pain . He is always very informative and doesnt talk over your head. If you ever need a Oral Surgeon that treats people with respect and honesty cares for his patients I would recommend him.

Dr. Rottman removed my wisdom teeth and did a beautiful job! His staff was very helpful and playful making me feel comfortable in the chair. I was nervous for the surgery and he assure me everything was going to go well and all my loved ones would be there when I woke up. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Rottman!

Dr.Rottman is an excellent surgeon, professional and cares about the patients overall well being. My anxiety diminished when I walked in the door to a very welcoming and helpful front desk girl. Dr Rottman's surgical team is AMAZING!! They are a great team, very organized, and care about patient comfort!! No other surgical office campares to the quality and professionalism of this office!!

This guy is a joke I went in for surgery I had his nurse ask about my recent visit I gave her my honest opinion and was kicked out when I told my honest opinion was not vulgar didn't cuss or anything. I have great insurance so I went somewhere else his nurse was rude as hell wouldn't recommend my worse enemy there

I went to Dr Rottman for an implant. Everything went smoothly, was painless and healing was quick. They followed up after to ensure all was good. I'm going back in a few months to have another one done. What can I say. Very satisfied.

I had 2 teeth extracted. Dr Rottman and his staff were wonderful. I had such great care. I had a lot of anxiety coming in (as I do going to any dentist) and they made me feel very much at ease.

Dr Rottman performed oral surgery on me a couple of weeks ago. Although I’d be lying if I said any dental work is pain free, factually I felt way less pain when he was numbing me than from my regular dentist and none during the procedure, I had very little discomfort after the anesthesia wore off and within a few days, none at all. His office staff were pleasant, efficient and professional. The whole experience was way better than I expected and I’d have no fear to go back in the future

Dr. Rottman did an amazing job on the removal of 4 of my back teeth, I have had little to no pain and my recovery is going well. His office has even called to check-up on me and I like that they have extended their services to call and ask how I am doing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental work done.

Just had oral surgery last week, was terrified but Dr. Rottman n his staff talked me thru it. I had the I.V. N it was a piece of cake. Everyone was nice n I would recommend Dr. Rottman to others.

One of the best in the area. Dr. Rottman and his staff are incredible. I am terrified of the dentist and Dr. Rottman immediately made me feel at ease. I went in to have two teeth removed and iv sedation. I had a consult where everything was explained in detailed I got to ask any questions. The day of my appointment they went over everything again, told me everything he was doing with explanation. It's been 8 hours since my surgery ended and I'm amazed at how much better I feel. Recommended

Dr. Rottman and his staff are extremely talented and caring individuals who's primary focus is providing the best care possible to all of their patients. They go out of their way to ensure the most expeditious and appropriate path to getting your needed treatment completed.

Do not call this office unless you only have problems with your wisdom teeth! The whole website and calling yourself an oral surgeon is very misleading. I looked at the reviews before I called and thought okay I will still give them a chance. The person that gave the review of the office staff being rude was 100% accurate. All I did was call to ask about TMJ which is a COMMON problem that an "Oral Surgeon" would handle, and what the website insinuates, and the "person" who answered was rude from the get go, like I was bothering her for even calling and asking such a question. Then proceeded to act like she didn't know anything, but that they only do wisdom teeth, and when I mentioned the website, then was "okay well he used to handle those cases". in a rude rude tone. Well maybe if you learn some customer service skills and have answered accordingly, then maybe people wouldn't be upset with you and your service. Maybe something like I'm sorry mam, Dr. blah blah doesn't handle those cases anymore, but here is someone who might be able to help you. Yes, good customer service would have been to be straight to begin with, add a little kindness, and a referral. That's customer Service. Dr. Rottman is an excellent Oral Surgeon! My daughter had to have some teeth removed before getting braces and the procedure and healing were a breeze. Dr. Rottman was so kind, friendly and professional. He made sure he addressed all my questions or concerns and on the day of surgery procedure, he did such an excellent job. I thought my daughter would need alot of pain medicine afterwards but surprisingly enough, she was not in alot of pain. I'm so thankful that I chose to go to Dr. Rottman's office. The staff are very stuck up treat you as if they are much better then you. Dr. Rottman does not care about you after surgery is over with! I have never been in so much pain in my life and this doctor says all well your going to be in pain. He just gives up on you after he gets his money!! Do not go to him!

He would have a 5 star if he would've given me antibiotics when I got my wisdom teeth out. Instead I ended up with an infection that could've been prevented. Other than that the staff is very friendly and they helped calm my anxiety about being put to sleep.
