I have been a patient at this office for 40+ years. I have never had a bad experience here. I love the staff and the atmosphere. It is great to see the same smiling faces at every appointment. I trust this team and Dr. Mehta who have provided exceptional care for me and my entire family. I highly recommend them!!

Keith Rojek is a liar. I would not trust him anywhere near my teeth.

Was recommended to me and went for a cleaning and check up. They were great. Super nice and professional and even put the hockey game on for me while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Best dentist I’ve found.

Dr. Rojeck was a family friend of my wife and her family, and ive been coming here for over 10 years now. Dr. Mehta is very good and very much in line with the family atmosphere.

Dr. Mehta is fabulous, she is caring, compassionate and patient, she really takes the time to insure you feel at ease and understand the procedure/s being performed.

They keep you informed throughout the process and when addl procedures are needed they provide understandable details, options and costs to my complete satisfaction. We moved from the neighborhood and after 6 years we’re still traveling back. We totally trust them to take care of our dental needs.

First of all I am terrified of dentists and coming to Dr Mehta changed my mind about being scared for good. They are professional kind and a very efficient office. Had my tooth pulled which usually hurts and all, but the day after I had no pain at all and that's without taking pills which shows me how well they do everything. Little sore a few days later as expected no serious pain. I don't see myself going anywhere else. Great job Dr. Mehta. Will be back surely.

wow!! Talk about customer service! The staff at smiles of northlake are all amazing especially Dr. Mehta. She is a new face but how she makes everyone feel at home when you walk in is amazing. The one person I will talk about is Emma Rodriguez. If you ever have the chance for her to assist on you, I guarantee you will not regret it! Her speed and her drive to work is so amazing to see. I hadn't gone to the dentist in years and Dr. Mehta and her staff made me feel completely at ease on my very first visit. I have since come back the last 6 weeks in a row and am very happy with the professional pain free work that has been performed. From the front desk to the assistants and Dr Mehta herself everything has been first class all the way. I was very nervous but everyone put me at ease and Dr even plays music I enjoy to help me relax . 5 star friendly and professional service!

Wonderful office with friendly and welcoming staff even from the minute you walk into the front desk greeted by Janice. Emma was a tremendous help during my procedures while I needed translation. Kim, my hygienist, was also great funny and made my time there go by smoothly. I would really recommend this office, they are awesome!

Excellent staff. From the Dentist to the receptionist and Hygienists and Assistants. Very well trained. Hygienist Kim is awesome. I'm a big baby when I get my teeth cleaned but she makes it more relaxing and she even has a stress ball for me!! Assistant Emma is great. She explains everything that will happen in my visits. Dr. Mehta is an excellent Dentist that knows her profession extremely well. Highly recommended.

This is the best dentist place you will ever go to. All the staff members are very friendly from the moment you walk into the clinic to coming out with happy face and satisfied treatment. Dr. Mehta will guide you honestly and give you best treatment related to your teeth. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and I was very nervous but it went very smoothly where you don’t feel a thing. All the staff members work according your need. I recommend to everyone.

I had a root canal that needed fixing a.s.a.p, Jan was super nice and was able to get me in the same day and start the process. From the phone call to the moment, I walked into the facility, it was just amazing. Great customer service. Jan was very welcoming, everyone who worked in the back was just amazing, and Sonia P was so lovely and helpful. (even took a picture) They all made me feel very comfortable. I loved the service. This is a terrible place. I do not recommend. To begin, before coming in I made sure to ask if my insurance blue cross blue shield ppo was in network and they said yes. The problem begins after a few months of getting letters of pending balance and I called them to ask what the problem was. The lady at the front desk said that my insurance wasn’t in their network, which is the first thing i made sure they told me yes we can take your insurance. I am super mad because they gave patients false information. I hope no comes here because they she continued to argue with me, very unprofessional. She thinks she owns the place, which she isnt. To begin, I will never be coming here again. I have blue cross and before I came in I made sure that my insurance would cover my xrays and cleaning, etc. Unfortunately, after a couple of months they send me to multiple letters saying I have a pending amount. I called the office and the lady at the front tells me that my insurance isn’t in network and this is the first they I made sure before coming in. I am very upset and angry. I do not recommend this place and I do not want to speak to many one here.
