I felt very comfortable soon as I walked in i have yet to have any issues, as far as rude these womare nowhere near rude. The receptionist was willing to tell me what I needed to do to get insurance for a sickness that is nothing to do with their services anyways i think they care very much for patients

The staff is really nice and respectful. I brought my daughter in with me last time and the staff was so welcoming to her and the dr. Even gave her a flower pen when we were leaving.

This "clinic" HA... If You would even call it that is atrocious. FIRST OFF, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE THAT COULD PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDS (NARCOTICS) & SUBOXONE IN THE SAME OFFICE. UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS! THE STAFF IS RUDE, CONDESCENDING, SPITEFUL, INCONSISTANT, JUDGEMENTAL, & DOESN'T CARE ONE BUT ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I GOT KICKED OUT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF SUBOXONE IN MY SYSTEM!!! I WAS TRYING TO ONLY TAKE AS MUCH AS I NEEDED. 3 SUBOXONE PILLS/ STRIPS...WOULD HAVE ANYONE FEELI NG LIKE A ZOMBIE! THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS THE PROBLEM, LIKE RUDE, ECT. WELL, IF THAT WAS TRUE...WHY WOULD THERE BE SO MANY REVIEWS/COMMENTS ON HERE OF PEOPLE BEING TREATED THE WAY I WAS & THAT HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAD. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE THIS P.O.S. I tried to call and the receptionist just blew me off I have a family and needed help. I have never had someone be so rude before in my life

This clinic seriously needs to be put out of business or under new doctors and nurses. Everyone complains about them and they are totally corrupt. They are not here to help the patients at all only to make money. They refuse to answer questions and put me on suboxone which I didn't need. They don't help u week off and I had no clue what it was to begin with. Now I'm lablwd a drug addict. They discharged me twice for no reason. Said I was rude and I wasn't. No matter what time my appt was they made me go last and even went to lunch and left me sitting in the Dr room for an hour with my kids crying. The nurse threatened me when I asked why they wouldn't write the prescription correctly. This place is unbelievable. Its a joke and something will be done so help me god.
