Rude dentist.snarky attitude. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted.Relatives who have seen this dentist agree.very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Pins for several years now. We have always been pleased with the service provided at her clinic. Everyone who works there could not be more friendly, caring and kind. Dr Pins goes above board to make sure you are happy with the service she provides. A big thank you to all of you!!

I have a special needs daughter, that of course doesn't like to go to the dentist. Dr. Pins and her staff have done so many things to make her feel comfortable. They also truly care about my daughter's teeth and want to do everything they can for them. Simply awesome!

Regular cleanings have been an anxiety ridden struggle for years, but since she has been seeing Dr Pins, she has become much more comfortable and they even did a filling today with novacaine that she tolerated! I would very much recommend Classic Concept Family Dentistry. All the staff are very patient and nice. I really am impressed with Dentist Pins as she went up and beyond to take care of a bite that was off, from work of another dentist outside of her office. Dr. Pins is absolutely amazing!

They are the best dentist i’ve been too, work around schedules and very good at rescheduling and very nice people all around

My whole family absolutely loves Dr Pins she does great work and we love her staff as well she has done a lot of work on my teeth and my husbands and gotten us into good shape!!!

Dr Pins and staff are the best dentist I've been too! Very friendly. Always great at explaining what is or needs to be done. I love that I always have the same person clean my teeth everytime I go in.

Dr. Pins and staff take great care of their patients. My kids (5, 8 & 9) enjoy going to the dentist and I always feel confident in the care they are receiving. Dr. Pins is open and honest about plans for treatment and care. We highly recommend Dr. Pins and Classic Concepts!

My children and I love Dr. Pins and her amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and they are so good with my kids. Very patient and willing to go the extra mile for my son who struggled with getting x-rays. They worked with him and made him comfortable. We all look forward to our appointments every 6 months!

I had been a patient of Dr. Pinns for almost 2 years. In that time, she had been late to see me about 50% of those visits (30 min. to over an hour). One of those visits in which she was over an hour late, she hurried to replace a filling. I have had one other filling in my life and I never had such a negative experience as that. I wa given too much numbing med. that actually left me with a massive headache afterwards. And because the job wasn't done properly the 1st time, I had to return 2 more times to get my filling fixed and during that period my teeth/gum were in much pain. Another visit, a hygienist used a drill on my teeth to "clean" them. I have never had that done to my teeth before and it hurt very badly in the duration of the process . No hygienist I have ever had has ever used a tool like that before on a periodical cleaning of my teeth. My husband has had similar negative experiences.

I absolutely love Dr Pins and her staff. They are very friendly and do great work. I have been her patient about 2yrs now and would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at classic concepts are beyond nice, they are tops in they're field. I love the entire staff, Dr.pins is great, Very contiencious of patients comfort and health. I cannot say enough good thimgs about this office. My wife and i love them!

Love it here. Close to home, they work well around my on-call schedule for work. Everyone is so nice and it is a family-friendly atmosphere. They really take good care of you. Dr. Pins is on the cutting edge of new and best practices.

I love Dr. Pins and all her coworkers! She is super nice. She is always willing to fit us in if something comes up and works great around school schedules for the kids. She even puts up with me, who is never happy to get dental work done. She goes slow, explains things and always makes sure I am happy during and after she is done. I loved her so much I moved the husband and the 4 kids to her practice. They love her too! She put "sparkles" and made my daughter's filling "pink". I love Dr. Pins chairside manner, she makes you feel super comfortable and explains what is needed in an easy to understand way. Best anesthetic injections I have ever received! She takes her time and does excellent work! I love my new filling! And the staff is amazing, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly.
