Dr. Karen A. Kramer

My family had been patients of Dr Kramer’s for a very long time. Apparently they can change office policies and procedures without notifying you. And then when you miss one appointment in 20 years, not even consider that when you want to reschedule a Saturday appointment. I spoke with Dr. Kramer myself and she really didn’t care if I stayed with their practice. She was very cold to me. I was floored. My family will no longer be going there. And I do not recommend her services. You are just a paycheck to her.

I have gone for several years. I trust that office and have had no issues and I feel at home. Price is reasonable.

Came here for an "elementary front" filling. Then I was in great pain, and these so called professionals were dumbfounded. They flat out tried to lie about their mistake blame it on me and say was my fault because I choose to get a white filling not metal. After paying for real a dentist somewhere else, we found out KRAMER Cant perform a simple filling procedure and my tooth was rotting from the inside out. Now a root canal is 600 and a cap is 1500, plus KRAMER'S 150 to ruin my tooth for life.

My daughter is 5 and enjoyed her visit. The entire office catered to her. My appointment went well. The dentist and staff were awesome! So glad I found Dr.Kramer.
