Greatest dentist ever

My husband goes to Dr Izzo and absolutely loves her. He said besides being kind wonderful and gentle she knows her dentistry ❤️

Ive been a patient for close to 20 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr izzo is friendly and thorough as well as the entire staff.

Dr Karen has been my dentist for many years. She is extremely professional and caring as well as very personable! She’s great at explaining procedures, taking time to assure any questions or concerns are addressed. She has a very reassuring demeanor, which coupled with a good sense of humor helps the time in her chair pass quickly. My husband who was paranoid of dentists due to prior really bad experiences is now comfortable and trusting of her. The entire staff from hygienist and assistants to insurance and scheduling personnel is so friendly and helpful that it makes the entire experience as simple and painless as possible. Great staff and wonderful dentist!

It was my first time there and Dr. Izzo treated me as if I was V.I.P. I definitely noticed it she explained everything she did or saw which I can definitely appreciate. I honestly thought the reviews that were left on google were being exaggerated by someone close to her such as family members or friends but I definitely had to be writing this review also as she deserves it. I've been seeing Dr. Izzo for about 15 years. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. She is a wonderful, kind and genuinely caring professional. She does everything in her power to make sure that your experience is first-rate; from pain relief, to explaining everything she's doing/needs to do in detail, she is beyond amazing. Never once in all the years going there have I felt "ripped off" (and I've seen many dentists over the years, I cannot say that about all of them.) On top of that, she's lucky enough to have a phenomenal staff, everyone is clearly happy to be there, and how many people can say that at work! I've left doc practices due to rude staff in the past, so I feel this is SO important! The office folks know their stuff re: insurance and are willing to work with people financially, and the hygienists are absolutely first-rate, every one of them. The fact that the only new faces you ever see there are additions to the staff because of expansion really tells you what a great place it is. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Dr. Izzo is honest and down to earth. She really seems to genuinely care about her patients. I switched my family of five to this practice last summer and I have no regrets. The staff is great to deal with as well.

My husband loves her and she’s caring very thorough and he would recommend her 100%.

Dr. Izzo is very caring , very knowledgeable, and very professional. So is her staff. Highly recommend!!

Everyone at Dr.Karen's (Izzo) office is personable. I've been going there for about 16 years (maybe longer). I am always satisfied with my results!! I have recommended to friends who were also pleased.

If you are like me then a trip to the dentist is not something I look forward too. Childhood memories of loud, shrill drills; latex fingers poking around in my mouth and anesthetized gums have left a residue of dental dread. All of this has changed in my visits to Karen's dental practice. From reception to the dental chair, the atmosphere is warm and friendly while the service is professional and efficient. They have the balance just right. I never thought I would hear myself say it, but my visit to the dentist is something I look forward too. Everyone in the office is friendly. Dr. Izzo makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The dental hygienist, Vicki, is fantastic. Both Dr. Izzo and Vicki work on my teeth and there is no pain whatsoever. Have been coming here for over 10 years, and so has my husband and two children. If you feel anxious going to the dentist, come here. It will be a good experience, and you will no longer fear going to the dentist.

YES, you read that right. LOVED IT! I have been to plenty of dentists but, none compare to Dr. Izzo and her staff. EVERYONE there is so pleasant, it is more than immaculate, and can you just imagine that I can honestly say I have never even been the slightest bit uncomfortable while Dr. Izzo worked on me. I have learned so much from Dr. Izzo. She explains EVERYTHING from what she is doing now & why, to what she will be doing on your next visit. It is truly a pleasure to go to this office. Karen by far is the best dentist . She is funny, friendly, and informative and the staff is the same. I look forward to my dentist appointments(sounds weird, I know). I give her 5 stars or 2 thumbs up, I will be scheduling my dental appointment when I travel back to Chicago from my home in Washington DC.

Everyone in this office is professional and courteous. They make you feel super comfortable; they care about your overall health and how it affects your oral health. Always a thorough exam. Good people - Dr. Karen, Vicki - all awesome! Gentle touch, never a painful experience.

Everyone at this office - doctors, hygienists, specialists, front desk - are exceptional. Very professional, kind and caring. They are willing to work out budget friendly payment plans (when you need a lot of work -like I did). They also take the time to clearly explain procedures, findings, etc. And they've always been very conscious of my time, getting me in and out with very little waiting. My entire family and I have been going here for many, many years! The staff is excellent, Dr. Izzo is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful! I love it here! I couldn't imagine going to any other practice. I refer all family, friends, and co-workers. They have a new, very clean facility. It doesn't have that creepy, smelly dentist office feel AT ALL. I did nor have a good experience with Dr. Izzo. Because It was after hours I was left in pain and she would not see me or give me a prescription until the following day. She did not find the problem with my tooth and I got sent home in pain. After a week I discovered the problem myself and revisited her. I now go to a different Dentist and what a difference.

Great service, friendly staff, clean facilities. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because Karen and the dental hygienists are so nice and I enjoy talking with them. =) I have recommended this office and will do so again!
