Dr. Bauer is an excellent physician. She genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. Bauer and her staff are so great and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Bauer for a few years now and feel extremely taken care of and comfortable.

Dr. Bauer is an absolutely fantastic doctor. I've been seeing her for about 10 years for flight physicals, and now for family practice. She was always extremely helpful in resolving any issues I had with my flight physicals. She is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable Excellent, excellent, excellent doctor.

I very much like my doctor, Dr. Bauer. However the front office staff is absolutely rude. I cringe when I have to call because they are so rude. I was put on hold for a very long time. When I stated my reason for calling, i could her the woman whisper, "Oh my god!". Please hire more pleasant office staff!!!!!

Great doctor great bedside manner, really forthright and proactive.

I love Dr. Bauer. Country doctor feel and kindness with modern medical knowledge. Never had a problem getting an appointment or concern with the front staff.

The front office secretary was extremely rude, I was told I had a appointment for Jan 31st. Went in for the appointment and was told the doctor wasn’t there my appointment was for February 17th. No one called or emailed me anything about a change. Very unprofessional, I had to take a day of leave for nothing. She made it out to be my problem. New to this area. First time visit. My son had his pilots exam. Doctor was excellent. The receptionist was one of the rudest people we’ve ever met. I don’t even want to go back here.

I love this office. Dr. Bauer takes her time with you, answers all questions. Goes above and beyond. Her staff is amazing also. The ladies at the front desk work their butts off!!! Kudos to them.

I never like going to Dr appointments anywhere, but of all the appointments I go to, Dr. Karen Bauer's office is by far my favorite. Dr. Karen Bauer, her office staff, her nurses and techs are all very compassionate and considerate. You may have to wait a little past your appointment time (like the last review stated "overbooked" but in my opinion it is well worth the wait because she and her staff really take the time to check you out, talk to you and make sure you understand anything new. I have been going to her office for several years now, and cant imagine ever changing doctors again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to give her office a call.
