Love Dr Bala. Very thorough and caring. I’ve been going here a few years and I’m very very pleased with her. I would highly recommend her.

If a GUN is pointed to my head, I will still not go to this doctor. A BIG NO NO... Dr. Kanchana Bala subramanian comes to the office at her own time. Her office staff give you the appointment at 9am and the doctor arrives at 10.20 am. She and her staff chit chat for 20 minutes about their personal life and then start calling patients. I had 9am appointment and I went inside at 10.45 am. Doctor and her staff are "MOST IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE ON EARTH". AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I lost my primary doctor, was in need of a new one and I was highly recommended Dr. Bala. I've been a patient of hers for the past year and I am truly happy with my choice. At my first visit Dr. Bala was attentive to my medical situation allowing me to explain my issues without feeling rushed. She sent me out for tests and was able to determine in a short amount of time that I required surgery to correct my problem. I highly recommend Dr. Bala because she is excellent, caring and listens.

Avoid all costs, even if she were the last doctor on Earth avoid her like the plague! If there was a grade of -100 she would deserve it. She made us wait for a week for the results of an x-ray which she forced us to take immediately. Staff lies about not receiving the report and has supremely bad follow up skills.
