I am attempting to establish a PCP and needed to call a few physicians to inquire about wait lists. Phone calls make me anxious but I needed to do it. I called this office and was transferred to a woman who asked me about my insurance and I wasn't entirely sure the exact name or where to find it on the cars. She began the phone call rushing me along and turned rude and condescending when I couldn't give her exactly what she needed. I understand she may have been busy but my pre-phone call anxiety and her attitude and tone left me hanging up the phone in tears. No idea on the rating of physicians practice, but as this being the introduction, I have no intentions of finding out. I have been going to this practice for twelve years. He is an amazing PCP and I also took my oldest son to him as an infant when we were in between Pediatricians. Dr. Rajah cares about his patients and isn’t a provider that just writes you off and fills you up on medications and sends you on your way. He wants to know the root cause of the issue you have, which is rare for Doctors to do anymore. He also has taken very good care of my Mom and my Grandmother when she was with us. Thank you Dr. Rajah for your years of hard work and dedication! (If you do not know how to read an insurance card and do not know that information prior to calling a doctor’s office, that is your own personal issue and is something you should know if you are trying to use said insurance for care.)
