Things are explained to me ina way I can understand. I feel sure my doctor cares about me and wants what is best for me. Today that is not a quality you often see in professionals.

Very pleasant experience with staff and doctor

Dr. Kameron was my personal physician before becoming a Mom and she now sees both of my children. I trust her not inky because of the time we have invested with each other but also because she is a Mom herself and always steers us in the right direction for what is best for our kiddos. She is just down to earth and no fluff. She will tell you exactly what she thinks and offer you realistic advice on your health care management. Didn’t wait long. Also, she explained to me what to do with my “golf elbow.”

Staff and Dr.s Mahoney and Klosterman are all great. Highly recommend.

Pretty much everything. Respectfully answering what I would consider stupid questions (because I felt like I should have already known some things before coming in to the office), being kind and compassionate towards my purpose in being there, and educating me in the processes of how my works and will react in certain conditions

The diagnosis was correct

So welcoming. I felt that as i expressed my concerns I was heard!

appointment was prompt, my provider and care team was friendly and knowledgeable.

The wait time was quick, Dr. Klosterman was thorough as usual and we left knowing what we need to do to work on his knee pain.

Dr. Klosterman deserves an award for the way she cares and treats her patients. She is hands down the best provider I’ve ever had.

Everyone was super nice and professional! Dr. Klosterman takes the time to talk to child patients. Takes time to explain what will be done and why. Gives the child reasonable choices so they are active in their care. As a mother this means the world!

All the nurses and front desk and Dr Klosterman did everything right. I was hurting real bad with my migraine.

The staff is very nice and kind and Dr Klosterman is a very caring doctor who listens well to her patients.

I have been going to Pacolet Family Medicine for 8 years I am treated with dignity and respect.and my doctor. Kay is careing and takes time to listen and a Christian and she is a wonderful person. I recommend anyone to go there

Dr. Klosterman took her time listening to my concerns and didn’t dismiss my questions. She is a compassionate and competent provider and I (actually) look forward to seeing her again.
