About Dr. Jude Francis Sidari
Reviews for Dr. Jude Francis Sidari
After seeing them for most of my life, I am dropping them. Denied to be seen without testing for COVID, without COVID symptoms. Least amount of empathy ever from whomever answered the calls today on 1/30/23. Completely pathetic. I'm not going in to see him ever again. And will 100% call I to complain about whomever answered the phones in the most unprofessional and demeaning matter I've ever experienced from them. ..
Great doctor but long waits

This man cares for his patients. My first visit and he sat there and listened while asking questions. Long wait but it was worth it.
After my Dr of 30+ yrs retired Dr Sidari was recommended to me. I was nervous about seeing a new primary Dr but Dr Sidari was wonderful. He gave me a very thorough physical and listened to every concern that I had. He made me feel totally at ease. Since that first visit he and his staff have been wonderful about transferring prescriptions from my previous Dr and accommodating my schedule. Recently I called about a respiratory infection that had been bothering me for several days (not Covid). While my previous Dr would have called in an antibiotic Dr Sidari’s office saw me immediately. I was examined thoroughly and prescribed medications to treat my illness. Dr. Sidari and his staff are excellent. The office is a wonderful blend of modern medicine and old school patient-centered care. You may spend some extra time in the waiting room but it is well worth it. He owns his practice and is not beholden to a corporation that pressures him to spend as little time as possible with each patient. I highly recommend him. Awesome doctor. If only he could get new receptionists. The people who work in the front office are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. Makes the doctor look bad. Also it’s very hard to get into contact with the place to make an appointment or ask questions, the phone calls never go through.
I don't care how good of a doctor he is. If you make an appt with this doctor, you need to wait. With covid restrictions, there are too many people in his waiting room that the nurses ask you to wait in the car - even in the summer at 80+ degree weather. And the average time of wait is at least an hour - sometimes three! It's great if he wants to spend time with his patients but then space out your appointments instead of making everyone wait. It's pretty simple to average out the times and leave bigger blocks or you get to leave your phone number with the nurse and she'll text or call when the next room is available so you're not stuck with nothing to do. It does not make you a good doctor if you don't know how to time manage. I wouldn't even know if he practices better than others because he says he'll call, he says he'll make a house visit and there are no calls or a follow-up. But it isn't like this guy cured cancer. It seems that the only thing he does better than others is that he listens, which is great; but the caveat is that he is hard to make an appointment with and you are expecting to spend half a day waiting for this guy. For a house call, you just wait. You don't know when he's coming because there are no information from the doc or the nurse. It's a backwarded and horrible system. And he didn't show even when we waited an entire day. No apologies, no follow-ups. The craziest thing is that the patients are not surprised and just think this is evidence for his popularity and how good he is. I think that for something this unprofessional to be accepted as a norm, and for patients to be making excuses for the doctor because he is the best in town and can get away with these acts is absolutely nuts. I don't care how busy he is with other patients, he should not be making promises he can't keep. It is unprofessional. The receptionists are nice and friendly, but they too, don't follow up. He's lucky that in a small town, he cannot be compared to many doctors and people don't have options for a doctor who is both patient, can time manage and respect a patient's time. He is good because everyone says so and everyone believes so. But if you think of someone you want in a good doctor, he is not it. I don't care how good of a doctor he is. STAY AWAY! Although i never met the guy, but judging by how everyone in his office acts he must be a quak. Totally unproessional atmosphere and a waste of time. Makes an apointment for me to show up for a consultation. Knowing my health insurance comes from the state. Then refuses me at 9am in the morning and says they dont accept insurance from the state. Although there was no mention of them not accepting the insurance and they are clearly posted on the states website for accepting the insurance. They were quite admant about not booking the appointment before my insurance kicked in on the phone. When i mentioned paying cash they stated it was $125 but didn't want to accept a cash appointment they insisted on waiting for the insurance to kick in. You have to ask yourself what kind of professional enviroment am I In and who am i allowing to take care of my health. If the people in the front office cant do their job correctly. How will the doctor have the proper information and tools to properly care for you. Does he even care? I highly suggest looking for a different health provider. And if sidari is your health provider are they actually preforming their duties right? STAY AWAY! Although i never met the guy, but judging by how everyone in his office acts he must be a quak. Absolutely the best doctor!! The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond!! Great job girls!!!
Dr. Sidari is a wonderful doctor and person. He always takes his time with you and doesn't rush you out. He explains things very well and any questions you may have. The only downside is the long wait time until you see him. But he's definitely worth the wait! Friendly and helpful office staff
The place to go if you are sick. The only problem is you have to WAIT! The doctor is very thorough. He spends alot of time with his patients. He has a very pleasant personality. But then again you have to wait! And wait....

Excellent care. Great staff. And Dr.Sidari actually LISTENS and cares. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.
Dr. Jude Sidari has been my Dr. For over 10 + years. He has saved my life on two occasions when I had a blood clot, and the following year another. While in the hospital, he visited me each morning to make sure I was alright before he would head off to his practice in Hazelton. He is extremely thorough, patient, and understanding. His insight to my health has been vital to my well being. I have a number of things wrong with my health and he's there with me every step of the way to help me with my issues one at a time. I would highly recommend him as your new family Dr. He will be mine for the rest of my life. His staff is very friendly, and they will take good care of you. Great Dr, and a good man. He cares and listens. The wait in the office is well worth it. He spends time and talks with his patients. He has saved my life several times. I am a very unstable Type-1 Diabetic. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Dr Sidari.
