Shu-Guang Xu

I saw Dr. Shu for a little over 2 years. He and his staff were both wonderful. Dr. Shu was polite, explained everything and if one medication didn't work we would move on to the next. He always looked out for my care. His nurse was just as wonderful.

Excellent!! Cannot say a single thing that is not outstandingly wonderful about Dr. Xu and his staff. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After calling for 3 days to make an appointment, I have still not received a call back or been able to speak with anyone capable of scheduling an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Searching other areas for a better neurologist.

I see Dr. Xu and I would recommend him. He is very nice, explains things to you to understand. The staff is very nice and professional. Always returns calls and get back you right away.

For well over three weeks, I have been waiting for them to schedule my child's appointment. I called twice to make sure everything was ok and the receptionist was quite rude. I have ZERO confidence in this entire practice. 3+ weeks later, still no appointment scheduled. Back to Geisinger for my family and will never go to any doctors again unless Geisinger!

The receptionist and nurse always have a smile on their face and Dr xu is wonderful with my son he has been seeing him for almost a year and always makes him laugh. Appointments are always right in and right out. Would recommend anyone who has a child in need of seeing a neurologist to go here.
