I would’t even give this office one star if I didn’t have to in order to give a review. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. My daughter had a first appointment and wasn’t sure how to get on to her televisit. We called 3 minutes after her appointment time just to have to listen to the long recording, be placed on hold two times and then be asked if we wanted to reschedule because we were now almost 10 minutes late. I said no we would just be happy with getting the 35 minutes we had left. My daughter quickly logged in and the therapist refused to log on to the session. I called back and was told, “she had to move on to another client.” I guess I should be thankful to find out the lack of care and compassion this therapist and her office provide.

Joy was a very decent sounding board, but never had a strategy. They sent a nastigram letter telling me I was no longer a patient. Would recommend if just looking for light guidance, but not real mental health.
