I am so pleased with this dentist! I have had a lot of dental work done so I know exceptional work and care when I experience it!

They got me in without much waiting. Very friendly throughout X-rays and cleaning and out so easy and smooth.

My children and I have been going to Severance Dental for about two years now and have always had a great experience. This is, by far, my favorite dental place for myself and my children. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Also, they don't suggest unnecessary work. ?? The facility is clean, family friendly, and welcoming. I would highly suggest Severance Dental!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelley at Severance Dental. He was so helpful when I had emergent tooth pain and even came into the office on his day off to make sure I was ok. It was such a relief! He went above and beyond

The staff is incredible! I did not even have to identify myself. When I walked in the door they were ready for me.

Dr. Kelly is such an awesome dentist. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always! The hygienist are gentle, attentive, and very considerate of how they care for your teeth. If something hurts or is sensitive, they recognize that and adjust to your comfort level while still maintaining a very high level of cleaning. They are very skilled and exude professionalism in all they do. You never feel rushed or uncared about. Each person there takes the time to have a conversation with you and/or listen to your concerns, even if sometimes they are not about your teeth. :D

I have had thorough care from all staff with everyone being pleasant each time I have gone. Dr Kelly listens to my concerns and addresses them. The only thing I would change is that Dr Kelly call me by name when he walks into the room. Since he has yet to do this it makes me wonder if he knows who he is treating.

Very personable, welcoming and honest people. I truly appreciate all of those qualities. I am so glad to have this office in my neighborhood!

Wonderful atmosphere. They offered me water while I was in the waiting room. My hygienist was fantastic. We got caught up between her cleaning my teeth, lol. Dr. Kelly, as usual was warm and friendly.

This office staff is amazing! For the first time in my entire life I don’t mind going to the dentist. What I appreciate most about Dr. Kelly is that he is conservative in his treatment plan and doesn’t mind “watching things for awhile” instead of drilling on my mouth at the drop of a hat. His billing is also extremely fair.

I worked with an amazing Dental technician, who took her time and explained everything to me and was gentle taking my x-rays and took her time during my cleaning. The corner of one of my upper back teeth cracked off. I visited the office and was fixed up the same day with great service and a home town feel you don't get at multi-dentist office. Great experience. I have moved my family from Windsor to this office.

First filling today at Severance Dental after a bad experience elsewhere. It was a walk in the park! So happy to have such a great dentist in our little town. They thoughtfully addressed all my fears and got the tooth fixed with no stress at all! I could not be happier with this visit!
