Poor bedside manner and quick to offer medicine.

Please stay away from this office. It's poorly maintained and they required me to visit other external offices for services I would expect to find from a PCP provider such as vaccinations and blood sampling. The doctor seems to have no set schedule of being in the office and does not return phone calls and follow up after confirming to call back. The most negative part of the experience is working with the receptionist Christine whose poor service has left me waiting for over a month on multiple billing errors. There's no transparency at the office as they refuse to provide me billing numbers or amounts so I can cross check with my own receipts from the insurance company or a realistic ETA (a simple please give us 2-4 weeks would suffice). They instead leave you in the dark with no information. During my most recent encounter with them, after failing to return my phone calls over the course of several weeks Christine picked up the phone and began yelling at me as I requested for more clarification and attempted to share advice provided by other parties involved (insurance and lab) and hung up on me mid conversation. The office is extremely unprofessional and poorly run. Save yourself the headache find a more reliable office.
