I have routinely had a problem with getting anyone in the office to respond to a phone call. Let me tell you of my most recent experience. One of the drugs prescribed for me is not covered by my insurance. My pharmacy and I have made numerous attempts to resolve the problem. I have been calling for 3 days and the problem still has not been resolved. I try to be compliant to regularly taking medication prescribed for me but it is difficult to be compliant when the office service is so poor. I donât want to change practices because I have been a patient of my family doctor for over 10 years who has sold his practice to Northwell a few years ago but I may have no choice since the office and allied professional staff he has to back him up is so poor
