I did not like this doctors continued questioning of my doctor's treatment for me. My company used him. Very aggravating and disrespectful to my current doctor. Also the staff was not very personable but they were efficent.

I am only posting this so others will know...every doctor I have been in contact with here are wonderful! We have absolutely not a complaint in the world with the docs. We have been treated like absolute garbage by the office staff here. I'm sure it's not 100% the office staff but MANY of those I have had to deal with here have been horrible. Everytime there was an issue I either get hung up on and they will not let me speak to the manager because they refused to deal with any issue at all. I am truly at a loss here. I feel like we are forced to go to augusta or other surrounding towns to get seen now and that requires the kids miss unnecessary time at school. It's just a sad situation because I would hand pick the doctors here. I am only posting this so others will know...every doctor I have been in contact with here are wonderful! Been waiting on a return phone call for 2 days to find out why they won't accept me as a new patient. Just would have liked to known why. But it's ok. Found another Doctor and staff very nice Very rude and not professional.

Dr. Carter is the best!! He has been my doctor since I was a small teen!! Quick, great service, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable!! :)) Love my doctor! ????

Dr Jackson Sr is always running behind on his appointment times. Expect to be waiting at least an hour after your "appointment" to be called back to a room just to wait some more....if he even shows up. My husband was left sitting in the room for 30 minutes and he went to ask what was going on, apparently the Dr was called away for an emergency and they just left him in there waiting!!!! Twice!!!! Dr Jackson Sr only works Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and we prefer a Monday or Friday appointment so that other things can be done and either get a jump on the weekend or extend the weekend. I understand working 3 days a week but either work Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday. You're still getting a 4 day weekend and it's more convenient to people. We have since found a new Dr but was due to update some forms that Dr Jackson Sr had handled in the past so we figured he could do them again since he knew the specifics. Paid $25 for the paperwork and received a call asking to set an appointment to update information before the paperwork could be completed. Made the appointment and after paying the co-pay and waiting an hour and a half, Dr Jackson Sr filled out the forms completely different than he had on the two previous occasions. Since the paperwork was filled out the office refused to issue a refund and I feel that they should because if they had said that they weren't able to fill out the paperwork as the had before we would have taken it to his new Dr to fill out; like we know have to do and spend another $25 to hopefully have the forms filled out correctly. Dr. Jackson Senior his nurse Tammy or Kami is so special she is a wonderful professional In Dr. Jackson Senior is the best

Dr. Kinsley is excellent. I'm disappointed that he's chosen to not accept my insurance anymore. Now I have to find another pediatrician????

Dr. Kinsey is absolutely wonderful. He is the best pediatrician my children have ever had and we are so blessed to have him! He listens to your needs and concerns and addresses them better than expected every time! He loves children and genuinely cares for each and every one of them. That is something you don't find every day! He is the most exceptional doctor I have ever come across and I have 4 children ages 13-3! Dr. Kinsey is absolutely wonderful.
