As I said in other reviews of this guy, RUN as fast and as far as you can from this doctor and be thankful you did. Just do 10 minutes of research and also wonder why every so often he has a new profile pop up when the old ones get filled with negative reviews. Smells fishy to me.

Don't expect any compassion from Dr. Finizio. Blunt and rudely curt. Acts like having to explain details about your neck and what he will be performing in surgery is some formality forced on him by the system. Gives very quick and vague details. Acts agitated if you ask follow-up questions. You'll see him for about 15 seconds before surgery in the pre-prep area, and afterwards never see him again. Doesn't visit you after the surgery or the next morning before the hospital is quickly trying to discharge you. You get handed off to his gatekeeper nurse asst. who is equally as rude and blunt in follow-up visits. I've felt exactly the same since the surgery, if not worse. Plus a huge scar on my neck now. I have been going to Dr. Finizio for over 3 years. I love how he gets straight to the point. Tells you whats wrong, and the steps to fixing it, or relieving the pain. I love that he has multiple locations, which makes it easier to get to the Dr's

I previously worked with Dr. Finizio and am noe his patient. He is wonderful, and takes care with all my conditions. His scheduling department is horrible!! Both times he's scheduled me for back injections it has taken over a month for the initial appointment, which was incorrect both times, then another 2 weeks for the correct appointment. Unfortunately this has been the norm since I first started dealing with his office 8+ years ago working with him at a satellite office. I only continue going there because of Dr. Finizio

If I could give a 0 star- I would. All this man cares about is money! My husband had a back injury at work. After months of pain he was referred to Dr. Finizio. My husband was in so much pain- I can't even express how bad things got. Dr. Finizio completely dismissed his pain and said "you better try these shots or I'll have to take a bone out of your back in surgery".....wouldn't write him off work, wouldn't even allow work to give him Uber rides! He simply did not care. We went to a second doctor who was a literal SAINT. Got my husband's surgery scheduled, wrote him off work and said "Dr. Finizio is known to care only about money....if it's workman's comp- HE DOESNT CARE". the new doctor has worked FOR my husband- not for his work. The new doctor told us we should hire an attorney because of how awful Finizio was. He's down right HORRIBLE. Run run far away from this man. He does not care about his patients. Dr Finizio is an excellent neurosurgeon. He recently performed a cervical fusion and I did great. I will soon be having an anterior posterior lumbar fusion. He is very compassionate and the office staff is great. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Among the first specialists I saw following a hip/lumbar spine injury, which was failed to be treated and has never fully healed. I'm now struggling with cervical myelopathy and can only sleep a maximum of 2 hours at a time. Offered to fuse my spine and that's it.

Dr finizo is a awesome doctor all his staff are very nice at 3 of the offices I have been too I definitely recommend him to any family or friends if they need the work done

Very nice and good Doctor. He has done back surgery on me twice and both were a success

Brilliant physician who has a compassionate heart and really listens to you! Has gotten me through some rough times after a car accident.

He is great and I have no complaints with his care but his office staff is absolutely horrible. There’s no organization. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I’ve had to call at least two times a week and the answer is always well that person isn’t here today and I’ll have to have them call you back.

Dr. Finizio is awesome, but the staff at NORTON Neuro are RUDE and NASTY. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They have no compassion for their patients.

Got with Dr. Finizio he found an alternative to surgery which was very important to me. Surgery is a difficult option for someone who takes. Blood thinning medication. There was one misunderstanding with the office but the office manager straightened it out. Thanks Stacy R.

He seemed like he was rushing me out the door as fast as he could.. He didn't give a thorough explanation of options. When I began asking additional questions, he walked me down the hall to check out.... He seems to know what he's doing, just does't have very good bedside manner... Didn't seem like he cared as much as I hoped he would.
