Dr Creasy and his team are outstanding and I've been in plenty of dds' chairs.

Dr Creasy kept me well informed and asked about my comfort throughout the root canal. The entire staff was A+. The root canal was less discomfort than a filling. Highly recommend.

I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time! I went to Dr. Creasy for a possible root canal. My consultation was surprisingly free. When I returned for the procedure, and went through the entire prep and set up, the doctor drilled into the tooth and discovered that it was not repairable. They closed me up and explained the procedures I needed. When I went to pay, I was blown away that they didn't charge me at all because the root canal was not performed. I think most providers would have charged for time and equipment, but he did not. Incredible! Service was professional, genuine, and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Creasy to anyone. Thank you.

My Daughter has some long term health problems. She also received some poor dental work, done by another dental office that caused her some additional serious problems. Dr. Creasy and his staff came to our rescue. I was feeling very overwhelmed both emotionally and financially. Dr. Creasys compassion extends to the way he does his procedures as well. Dr. Creasy goes above and beyond to ensure the patient’s experience and expectations are met. I was anxious about having my root canal but his bedside manner quickly took my anxiety away. The staff were expectional as well. I have no more pain in my tooth!!!! Can’t thank him enough! If I have to get another root canal there’s nobody else I trust but Dr. Creasy!

Horrible dentist, be careful going to him, not attentive. Know it all but knows little.

No one likes getting a root canal but Dr. Creasy and his staff were phenomenal and very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, they are very friendly and helpful.

I had a really great experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were comforting throughout and periodically checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable. As much as it sucks to get a root canal, they made the process a lot less stressful. Dr. Creasy also called the same night to check in on my well being. They made the experience a lot better than expected.
