As a new patient, I was welcomed by a friendly front desk person named Rossy. She helped me register and answered any questions I had regarding my insurance. Dr. Arredondo and his assistant were great. My experience was one of the best and I will be returning for my next check-up.

My husband, kids and I have been going to Dr. Arredondo for about 9 years. He has been a fantastic dentist. He's very patient and kind with my kids. I have had several occasions when I've needed urgent appointments and he is always willing to fit me in. Just the right amount of friendly, and is a good communicator. I really trust his judgement. He's well trained by University of Illinois, very experienced. I appreciate that he also stands by his work. His entire office staff is wonderful

This was the worst experience ever! Joseph Arredondo did one small filling improperly by not filling it down enough for a proper bite. The constant impact caused much pain. Instead of filling it down, he told me that I needed a root canal. His equally unknowledgeable colleague University Dental, preformed a root canal, which did nothing to correct the pain from the misalignment. I then was told that I need the tooth extraction. I now have constant jaw pain from this. Stay away from Arredondo!!
