Went to see Dr. Cloutier about some chest pains i was having as well as problems with my leg and shoulder ( likely both sports related injuries). After everything i would tell her all she would say is " youre fine, youre young" after insisting i get xrays on my chest she then called me a week later with results about my "heart palpatations and high blood pressure after my recent heart attack. "Heart attack?! Ive never had a heart attack what are you talking about?"She had called me with the results of another of her patients. When i explained she is telling me someone elses file and asked her about my chest xray results she hung up the phone. Still dont know my results, cant get her to contact me back. love dr gaona BUT unfortunately have to leave the office because of the incompetence of the staff. Called and had to leave a message for someone to call me back because of having the flu (NO ONE DID) Then called them to put in a form to Quest to get my blood drawn. Went down to Quest and the office never sent a form so could not get blood drawn. I even went to L&M in case staff made a mistake and no luck. I found her very closed minded, one to jump to incorrect conclusions, and not very respectful of patients' input. Her diagnoses were consistently wrong.

Excellent and caring physician. Ineffective, incompetent office staff makes it difficult to get information. May take a week to return a call and cannot follow up on test results with a call to physician, must schedule another appointment.
