so she's not even a doctor?? I went to see her last Saturday- I'm copy and paste what I and she wrote. She later sent me a text message saying she will have her attorney contact my workplace, but for what? I only went in because she was the only doctor I could make the same day appointment for an emergency at the time, but there's a reason why she has no appointments all day. I walked in and she was yelling and arguing with someone on the phone, and because she had it on speakerphone and wouldn't hang up even after I walked in, I unintentionally overheard what's going on. As a military spouse of more than 20 years, I have seen doctors around the world and across the United States and have always enjoyed professional and quality health care from a number of family medical providers and specialists--both within and outside of military hospitals and doctors’ offices. However, my experience with Dr. Lee was, simply put, terrible. Dr. Lee’s confusion about the health care and insurance system, her antiquated access to and/or understanding of medical technology, and truly bizarre bedside manner have caused me immeasurable emotional turmoil. My insurance providers, as well as the primary care physicians and endocrinology specialists whom are involved with and are aware of this case are perplexed by Dr. Lee’s most unusual behavior throughout the course of the past 3 months time we have been trying to work with her to uncover the status of a nodule on my thyroid. One physician even indicated s/he questions whether Dr. Lee is board certified to practice endocrinology. If you are assigned to this doctor, I urge you to please look elsewhere for health care immediately. My favorite doctor that I've ever had. She takes time out to explain not only what's happening in your body, but why it's happening. I could not recommend her enough.

Dr. Lee is my favorite doctor that I've been to, and I've been to a few. She's very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. She has a lot of Korean clientele, but accepts everyone. I usually wouldn't describe going to the doctors as a cheery experience, but I always leave feeling heard and understood. It feels like she really takes the time to diagnose a problem.
