Front desk staff is unfriendly and OBSTRUCTIVE to patient care; they seem to do everything they can to deflect your concerns without realizing the medical impact.

My mother had a appointment today at 2:30. We arrived at 2:15. We sat down, within 5 minutes someone came out and said Dr. Do was really backed up and would we mind waiting. I ask how long. She said 1 and1/2 hours. There was No one in the waiting room. Why didnt they call us and ask us to reschedule. Also Dr wants patients to do virtual appointments while he is in the other room. RUN, RUN, RUN. I never even saw a "real" doctor in my couple of years at that office, only PACs where the turnover seemed to be every 6 months. Receptionist barely speaks English, so every phone call or conversation with her was a struggle. Nurse couldn't draw blood and I was sent away. When I complained to the office manager on the phone, her English was very bad and she was condescending and rude. Current PAC also very condescending to a patient who was clearly in distress and could have been her mom. Do not go there. My pharmacist said she'd heard similar stories of people having a horrible experience there.

It’s a nightmare trying to get the doctor to renew the expired regular online pharmacy’s medicines. Within one week, after three phone calls and three visits to the doctor’s office, I’m still knocking on the wood. The Vietnamese speaking front desk clerk was really bossy on the phone after checking out my date of birth (I’m 77 year old) at my third phone call. I brought in to the office the newest blood work, info about current Online Pharmacy to speed up the process and at my last visit at the office, they could not find the docs and notes that I brought in.
