The new receptionist is VERY RUDE! I have been a patient of Dr. Inman my entire life and never had an issue, until she started. She was short and snappy the first time I met her and has continued to be unnecessarily rude and unhelpful since. The rest of the staff are incredible! It's a shame that one "bad apple" will cause this small town business to receive bad reviews. Word of mouth means a lot around here. The new receptionist is VERY RUDE! We have been with Dr Inman since he came to town. We are very thankful to have such a talented dentist so close to home! He is wonderful with children and anyone else who is not a big fan of going to the dentist.

Dr Inman himself is amazing such a great man and dentist! Always makes me and my kids feel so welcome! As for his receptionist I am not very fond of her customer service skills. I was 5 min late! Repeat 5 min late and I was literally told that is not acceptable! That there is no grace period and she was very stiff and rude! She seems to like to argue because it seems like every time I’m here she tries to argue about something! It’s sad because I’m considering switching simply for that! I've been going to Dr Inman for a few years. He's very friendly. I've never had to pay anything in addition to what my insurance pays him. I still drive to Williamsport, even though I have moved to Lafayette. It's worth the drive!
