terrible. DO NOT GO THERE! office and practice is run like a joke. very unprofessional. Dirty office and nasty receptionist. when I made my first appointment I was informed that they were a tier 1 provider with my insurance co. which means I should pay on $30 co-pay. after my first visit I was charged $135.00. not honoring the co-pay. now I have to try to get money back from insurance. it is a scam? doctor never broke smile during my visit...very creepy.
I have been going to Chiropractors for over 40 years and have never been damaged by one - until I visited Dr. Heins. After 2 adjustments by Dr. Heins, I experienced strong to severe lower back pain. Two doctors followed, Xrays, MRI, therapy and strong drugs including oxycodone, Celebrex, valium and tramadol was required for approximately of five months. Also, I pre paid 25 co-pays for future visits and requested my co-pay money back. Never received it.
