Dr. John L. Torquato

I listened to him speak to my husband and listened to all his recommendations. He is definitely not a pharma pill pusher. He delights in turning you toward good living healthy habits rather than meds especially when it comes to nutrition. His bedside manner is impeccable. He listens to you and your needs and concerns.

My first visit was today,everyone is very friendly & he was very attentive & kind. I feel blessedto have found him.

Very good ??. All 3 people I was in contact with were very professional, pleasant and helpful in all aspects of my appointment.

Dr Torquato was professional, interested, and extremely helpful with what I was needing to do to become healthier. He is a gem in his field and I would recommend him highly.

Excellent Dr. that genuinely cares about you. Looks to the whole person not just the symptom being complained about.

Excellent, thorough, and caring doctor. Dr. Torquato looks for the root of the issue and encourages patients in a healthy diet/lifestyle. I know of several people who have seen him and decreased (and even discontinued) their need for medications after following his recommendations. He not only cares about the root of physical issues, but takes the mental/spiritual condition into consideration as well. This kind of doctor is very rare. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I went to him so I could get a lab referral for a test (recurring thyroid issues). He gave me one but then told me to only eat cucumbers for dinner every night and drink hot water every morning. Nothing improved until a different doctor at a different office finally helped. Still they continue billing me for extra charges after I was told that I paid in full without insurance. Billing dept. is incompetent, harrassing, & hard to reach. They say they don't care about money and are "Christian".

Dr. Torquato truly cares and is highly knowledgable. He finds real solutions for his patients and desires the best outcome. He puts the patient first!

He provides excellent care. But the billing office does not follow their contract with my medicare advantage plan. My card states I have a $10 copay yet they have been billing me for the balance of the $55 charge per office visit. They are sending me to collections. I only owe my copay they have to except this as full payment according to their contract with untitled healthcare.i am on ssdi and can't pay the large payment they want. I can only afford my copay. They call hemselves Christians but

He listens to the patient, really cares about his patients, and genuinely cares about providing the proper care/treatment for each person. He's very warm and friendly and I highly recommend him.

My wife scheduled a meeting with Dr. Torquato due to my high BP, pre diabetic condition and weight. I meet with Dr. Torquato he asked me some questions and listen to what I wanted to do with my life. Dr. Torquato asked if I was willing to make a life style change to my character, spiritual and physical traits. Dr. Torquato put me on a 16 week program. I have lost 48lbs so far, I feel more energetic, the medications reduced, my BP is back in normal range and my walk with Christ is much closer

Dr. Torquato has been my primary care physician for nearly 7 years. He is a very personable, kind and knows how to practice medicine. He encourages healthy living, lifestyle changes as well as medications when necessary to assist in the healing process. He has helped me through some MAJOR health life-changing events. He is a great doctor!!!

Dr. Torquato is perhaps the most caring physician that I have ever encountered on the three continents that I have lived in my lifetime. His generosity of time in every appointment, his thorough and recorded exams (allowing me a paper copy to take home!), and his words of encouragement and prayer address my physical, mental, and spiritual needs. Furthermore, his free clinics and healthy life style classes have been a huge blessing. He inspires me to be better in all ways.

Dr. John Torquato has been my family doctor for a number of years. He is honest and caring and genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Every time I have gone to see him he has spent at least thirty minutes with me giving me solutions to my problem and caring for my overall wellness. i feel I could talk to him about any problem I'm experiencing and if he could not take care of it he would recommend me to someone that could. I trust him very much.

I appreciate the services Dr John and his staff provide at reasonably affordable prices for those of us who don't have insurance. His staff are always friendly and helpful, whatever the issue I may be visiting for. I like that the Dr's are willing to listen and don't just rush you through the process like you are cattle or an inconvenience, as I have experienced in another local clinic. I let others know that they should definitely go if they are looking a family physician.

Not satisfied. I know when an infection has progressed into something worse because of having it before off and on since I was 18. Seems like this place is more interested in ure money than actually helping you. So never again will I go to this place and ill spend the xtra hundred to go to urgent care instead where u receive better care and ure given results that work. The medical staff at the walk in clinic in hayden, Idaho sux's big time!

He almost killed me with his recommendations. He told me to stop taking my Actos and take 4 doses of Glipizide instead. I finally went to an endocrinologist when my blood glucose levels got worse. She told me to never drop the Actos and taking more Glipizide was irresponsible. So I never went back and they have charged me for $25 dollars for not comming to my next appointment. It has affected my credit rating and he should never be a doctor with his attitudes.
