John Thomas Stutts

Dr. Stutts is a very down to earth and friendly doctor. He has an excellent bedside manner. He explains things in ways that are easy to understand and I trust his judgment. His staff is very friendly, and the office is geared towards children.

Dr.Stutts and every member of his staff are exemplary. They are caring, helpful, & supportive. Dr. Stutts is through, patient, and explains everything in simple English. I highly recommend Dr. Stutts.

He is good but he is harsh he wont hasn't let me eat for a week now I keep begging him to let me eat

I can’t thank Dr. Stutts enough for the care he gave my three year old son. My son got sick numerous times daily for over three years. Every doctor we turned to blamed it on behavior or lack of sleep training as an infant. Dr. Stutts listened to us and got us an actual answer. EOE. Although it has put us on a road of food allergies for our son we are relieved to have an answer. Dr. Stutts helped my son have a quality life. I can’t thank Dr. Stutts enough for the care he gave my three year old son. My son got sick numerous times daily for over three years. Every doctor we turned to blamed it on behavior or lack of sleep training as an infant. Dr. Stutts listened to us and got us an actual answer. EOE. DO NOT SEE DR. STUTTS! He treated my daughter for Ulcerative Colitis. Was very impressed at hospital. HOWEVER, when I called office for help, left msg with nurse, she passed it on to Dr. Stutts, he replied to her, she Called me back..sometimes days later....only to have my daughter put on 3 months of strong steroids! After completing them, she flared again, I called back, another 3 months of strong steroids...and yet she flared a 3rd time, and more steroids! 9 out of 10 months he had her on steroids! She had to have a repeat knee surgery because the steroids kept it from healing. She had crack on her vertabrae caused by the steroids. I have doctors agreeing that the huge amt of steroids Dr Stutts gave her is the reason behind her 2 knee surgeries, months of PT, spinal issues all which have caused mental/anxiety problems that has changed her silly, fun loving personality! My son was seen by Dr. Stutts because of biliary atresia. They performed an invasive surgery on my 7 week old son, which they had only done a few times previously. They didn't tell me that. They told me that they did 1-2 per year. Not that they had done 1-2 ever. After the surgery, my son was very sick. I knew something was wrong and he kept blowing me off, telling me to only call in case of emergency. When we arrived at Cincinnati Childrens my son was septic. He wouldn't be here if we stayed.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Stutts's for three years now. She just loves him. He has always taken time to listen to our concerns and address our daughter's GI problems, and I trust his judgement and treatment plan for our daughter.
