Great bedside manner. Highly knowledgeable.

Office Staff is very rude. First they didn't want to see me because I didn't want to pay my copay because I knew my Out of Pocket had been reached and wasn't supposed to pay it as per my insurance company. But they made me pay it anyway. Then they complained that they didn't want to see me because my insurance company didn't pay a prior date of service but it wasn't even 30 days old. They also complained that my insurance only paid them $7 which was a lie. Oxford paid them more then this amount and they should take that up with the insurance since they have a contract with them. They agreed to the contracted amount. All of this was done while I was in the waiting room in front of another patient. Totally unprofessional Office
