Dr John Orrego doesn't allow to use the bathroom on the waiting room this is against the comfort and health of his patients not even you can wash your hands if you are taking your wife or mother you have to use bathrooms near commercial facilities that care about service and cleanliness .bad really bad for this

I adore Dr. Orrego. I've had two "procedures" in office done with Dr. O, and both were very positive experiences. I will say that SOMETIMES.. SOMETIMES the office staff can be a bit cold. I been going there for over 10 years and they are wonderful. It's easy to get an appointment. the place is clear and nice and the people are really nice. Great place to go to and the doctors are very knowledgeable.

If I could give this place NO star I would. There is so much to tell but so little space. My experience was horrible. And not to mention Dr.Orrego is racist. At 37 weeks I felt something weird happening with baby and me I made an emergency call to him and he never returned the call even though he was the one on call so I stayed in bed for a week and went and seen my specialist which then rush me to the delivery room to peep for surgery. Carolyn is great but Orrego does not give a damn about his patients and well being it's so much to tell but I will leave you expecting mothers with this note: If you want a caring dr this is not the place to go. Schedule my annual visit at 10:30 am, almost 30 minutes after waiting for the receptionist to update my information finally o e hour after my schedule appointment time I was call to the exam room. My waiting time didn’t stop , because I wait another 45 minutes naked wearing a paper gown for Dr Orrego to finally come into my exam room and rush my exam.

Staff is okay...but I keep going back because Dr. Orrego is takes his time when meeting with you. You really do feel as though you are his only patient. A+++

Doctor orrego delivered both of my children and my husband and I couldn’t have been happier! He’s very professional and so is his staff! We’re very thankful for him and his team. We highly recommend him.

Wow, I am shocked by the negative reviews but what people have to remember is that we are always more likely to find a way to vent and share our bad experiences ... and unfortunately, the great experiences are expected and therefore not shared as often. I have been a patient here for 2 years and I see PA Carolyn DeWalden and she is amazing. I agree with some of the comments that there have been front desk staff in the past who were not very friendly but I have not seen those certain faces in over a year now. I LOVE Carolyn, she is so personable, caring and really takes her time in answering questions, I never feel rushed. Sometimes I send her messages through the patient portal and she ALWAYS gets back to me quicker than I expect her to. She is very educated, professional and it's obvious she takes great pride in what she does. I recommend her to everyone, she is the best! They suck at calling you back for post partum. The first time I tried calling them, the machine transferred me to a different OB office since none of their doctors were on call. I was running a fever and was about to go to a centra care but my mom made a life saving call and took me to the ER since all they could do is take a urine sample and at the ER they can test for more and sure enough I was almost septic from a huge uteran infection that almost took my life because they weren't sanitary during my delivery. I originally went to the hospital by my house because I was hoping I could just go home to see my daughter and if I hadn't gone there, I would have never known the truth about what was wrong with me. I was then transferred to Ocoee Health Central where they kept me for 2 days. At the hospital, every time I tried asking them what was wrong, they kept jumping around my diagnosis and were avoiding telling me that I had a terrible uteran infection. One of the nurses even said that I had "slight inflammation". You do not take two of the strongest antibiotics known to man through IV, go through about 5 bags each antibiotic a day and feel the way I did for a "slight inflammation." It is now the second time I feel like something is wrong with me and I tried calling them a week ago and they still have yet to call back. I even SPOKE WITH A PERSON AT THEIR FRONT DESK and they said they would pass on the information and yet still haven't. The next call is going to be to a lawyer. I'm sick of being ignored and almost dying because of their carelessness. I thought this place was great at first but now I see that I made a mistake. During pregnancy they were great to me and now that I've had her it's like I don't even exist. Proof that all they care about is money. As soon as you have the baby they could care less about your health and well being. My baby would not be happy with them if I died and she found out why. Worst OB I have yet to experience!! This is my first pregnancy i went to get a check up i was also 6 weeks pregnant. My appointment was at 10:45 i didnt get seen until 11:50 because i didnt have any pee to put in the cup. So after they gave me HOT water to drink i finally got a little out. The nurse saw me ( For got her name ) RUDE!!! i thought id get blood work, ultrasounds etc i didnt get ANYTHING but a pap & after that she said the baby is fine and is growing in the right place MIND you she didnt ask me ANY questions on how i was feeling so she didnt know how my unborn was doing nor if he/she was growning in the right place, she said they couldnt do an ultrasound because i was too early which is understandable but at the same time you didnt check too see anything long story short HORRIBLE, ill never recommend them to ANYBODY rude unprofessional and a waste of time. This office has went down so bad . The group of people they have working their are rude and so very unprofessional. I have a very serious problem going on that is disabilit and they have so rude and not caring at all. They didn't submit my media al paperwork back in time they still haven't contacted with my surgery date or if have to pay anything....then when I call they make me feel like I am bothering them because I want to get better and be able to go to living my life. I love them. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I have to wait like 30+ minutes before I actually get seen for a 10 min. Check up. That's so annoying. I can say though, The last time I went about 2 weeks ago no one was n the there so I sat for about 6 mins before I was took to the back.

Dr. Orrego had me get a medical clearance from my PCP. The receptionist at the Ocoee ofc took leeway to request a clearance from my cardiologist and my nephrologists and for 3 weeks after my ultrasound refused to schedule a follow up. The first of which I got on 4-7-17 & hand delivered to the Ocoee ofc & another I had faxed over along with blood test results that they claim to have not rec'd, & another on 4-11-17. When the FU was scheduled, I was due for a depoprovera injection which he Cont.

This is my fourth child but my first child born in the US. My other children were born in England! Dr. Oreggo and his staff are extremely friendly and very informative. They take all concerns as a priority and one of the physicians even helped me get a prescription that wasn't covered under my medical insurance at a third of the cost. Although they must see loads of pregnant woman a day they are very kind.i am only four months along now and do far it's been great.
