I have been to Dr. Herscher several times, and he has always been very helpful. He has sent me on to some specialists for further evaluation, which I very much appreciate.

There is a tendancy to over book appointments which means you almost always have to wait way beyond your appointment time. The front office staff is rude and confrontational when this issue is discussed.
