He is my physician for years, I never had a problem that his staff couldn’t fix. He and his staff are always helpful and friendly.

Horrible experience My wife has been ill and without health insurance due to pre existing conditions. She made it to her 65th birthday, and signed up for Medicare A,B,C,D. DR. Handley name was put on her cards by the person that signed her up. She called his office and made an appointment, and asking the employee if he could see her for Depression,and I need Zoloft, anziety disorder meds and sinusitis.she said what is Zoloft?The first words from the her mouth were Dr. Handley doesn't give pain medication. My wife said I didn't ask for pain medication, I am depressed and need an overall exam, a follow up from a kidney removal, among other things, sinus infection, anxiety, just things a person of her age would need. My wife told her she had been on Zoloft previously,and did he write precritions for this. My wife primary care doc passed away. Ralph Tharpe. She came back to the phone and said yes , so we made the appointment. WHILE filling out paper work the doc came thru and sized her up.While in the room giving the nurse, ha, all the issues, she left after entering questions and answers on the computer. Then another woman came in and said he couldn't see her, because she needed a different kind of doctor for these illnesses. We left, I Googled his practice and it clearly stated he saw patients frequently for anziety, sinus issues and renal issues. She lied. Later I called back and told her what I had found, and she said we don't have a website. I told her what I saw while doing a search, and was put on hold and then hung up on. I want to thank Dr. Handley and staff for wasting my time and making my wife's condition worse. Not to mention having to take off work. I wrote this so anyone else won't fall for this. Absolutely useless office personnel. This is the second time we have needed a referral to a specialist due to my wife's pregnancy. They never sent it. Took us over a week to get the referral for the first one. I'm not doing that again. My wife needs to see a cardiologist due to fainting and our OB is worried about lack of oxygen to the baby. We can't wait a week to get a referral. But at least he got his appointment in to charge for his slice of the pie right? Absolutely useless office personnel. Dr. Handley and his staff are very genuine. The office is very efficient I've never been there more than an hour, I always see the doctor within 10 minutes of being there and they go out of their way to help me when I have questions. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Handley as a primary care physician.

Dr. Handley has been my physician since the late 80's. A wonderful doctor. He has never tried to rush my visits, always taking the time to listen to me. He is informative, knows my history and is quick to refer me to a specialist if needed. My personal opinion is that one could not ask for a better doctor. His office staff is professional and helpful. My sister loves Dr. Handley as much as I do. Dr. Handley has been my physician since the late 80's. A wonderful doctor. The girl answering the phone is very rude. She put me on hold forever and when she came to the phone I told her I needed a physical and she just went silent for a good 5 minutes. When I called back she was very rude and told me because I was a new patient I would be last.
