Dr. John Robert Hammerer

My entire family goes to Dr. Hammerer. He and Deb are very friendly and helpful. Much better than the many corporate chain places.

I took my 84 year old father to Dr. Hammerer for an eye examination. My father was concerned about his eyesight as he’s been having vision problems and was worried about driving. Dr. Hammerer provided my father with an extensive eye examination. I sat and observed while Dr. Hammerer conducted several series of tests on my father’s eyes. He took his time with dad and explained everything in detail. What impressed me about Dr. Hammerer is that he is personable, pays attention to the needs of his patients, answers their questions and is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Although we live a 45 minute drive away, both my husband and I continue to see Dr. Hammerer. He is thorough, patient and always accommodating! Highly recommend!

Dr. Hammerer is very experienced, and will take the time necessary for a complete eye exam. I am now down in Virginia, and hope that I can find someone as good.
