Always a quick appointment and Dr Gres always tells me exactly what I need to know. Never going to go anywhere else.

I've seen Dr. Gres 5 or 6 times regarding a fairly extensive dental situation. On each and every visit, he has gone well above and beyond the usual as to informing me what was going on and what to expect next. He seems to really be a firm believer in the elusive "no pain dentistry" plan.

Simply put...the statement on their website in not true. They say they will work you in that day if you have pain or an emergency. I called twice, both times with severe pain, and was told they could not see me until a month later. The person on the phone also seemed very uncaring and unconcerned that I was in pain.

Dr. Gres is extremely competent and does everything with a relaxed demeanor that belies his high level of skill and competence. Over years I have had many dentists due to living all over the country. Most have been quite good and some excellent, Dr. Gres is overall the best of all. It should be noted I have had an expensive mouth requiring a lot of treatment and has always been a money pit. The office staff is very courteous and I never have to wait for my appointment. My parents both go to him and I switched to him after making the mistake of going to Castle. Castle gave me an $11,000 quote for work that was completely not necessary. I took that plan to Dr. Gres and he agreed that not all of it was necessary and he has taken care of me since. I have had two crowns with him over the past few years and he does excellent work. I have never had pain during procedures or problems after
