I went to my 6:30 eye appointment that they even called to remind me for the day prior and the office was closed???? Another girl walked up too and was just as confused as I was.
No sign of Dr. Ferrari anywhere and the ladies running the place are rude, spiteful, bitter, and resentful. It was like pulling teeth to get my glasses adjusted properly and I was made to feel like I was worthless and that as long as the glasses are good enough it's fine. Miserable people who have no business handling such a delicate matter that affects our daily lives for years to come.
