Mr. John Endress

I had roughly 5-7 telemedicine appoints with John at the end of 2021. He's a nice guy with a bit of dry humor and some entertaining pop-psychology anecdotes of questionable veracity. He did provide some extra time during a couple of sessions to continue delving into something or other. Unfortunately, he's simply too talkative, and moreover not all of his contributions had much substance, but I pressed on and listened politely for many a session, in part due to the anxiety for which I was seeing him. He would strike me at times as inexperienced, which inhibited my treatment and recovery. Billing and scheduling seemed very disorganized. It was as though it were a series of independent counselors who shared a part-time, teleworking receptionist, and direct communication was an issue. I received my bill for every session entirely at once and about six months after our least session. I would have a beer with John, but not more than one, and I would not hire him.
