I've had Dr.Crane as my doctor for more than 20 years. Great Doctor has always taken good care of me.

You can almost always get a quick appointment. He doesn't keep you waiting. He listens.

Doctor cared about my Mom. He was kind. Was not to long of wait.

Dr Cranes nurse fails to follow through consistently. She has a reputation in the area that she is one of the worst, and it's true. I cannot have a visit without her failing.

Bad Service hard to get them to follow through sending your prescriptions to pharmacy. Nurses do not return calls after leaving message days go by until you phone again. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The guy thought I was drug seeking when I clearly told him I didn't want pain killers; just something to help my herniated disc. He told me my insurance most likely wouldn't cover the MRI I needed but it did and i still haven't heard back from them on what to do next. Told me I needed meds for high blood pressure then didn't give me any. He's a really positive guy LOL. His nurse is awful too. Super dry. Got angry when I asked to use the restroom and also asked me why I came to them instead of my old doctor that I haven't had in almost 20 years. Didn't explain anything. Dr John Crane is a fine Doctor but his office sucks. I can't get through and my fathers prescriptions are past due for renewals and neither myself or Walgreen's can reach the Dr via his office number. It's busy constantly. One time it took me over 30 minutes of calling being hung up on and and calling two more times just to talk to an live person. Second time I called I tried for 2 hours and never could get through. My poor Dad can't get his prescription filled unless I am willing to drive across town and walk into the office for him. Terrible service, terrible office setup. Need a better answering service.
