My experience so far with this practice. I had my consult appointment and waited one hour before being seen. Dr. Burnett was polite during the consult. However, I have now called the office 3 times in an attempt to schedule the surgery. The woman who answers the phone keeps telling me the scheduler will call me back. After 3 attempts at calling and several days later, no return call. Very unprofessional.

I had lipo done on my legs it didn't work. I went to all my appointments as recommended and he told me I wouldn't see results for a year. I expressed how disappointed I was and still kept saying results take a year. Well it did work and it was a waist of money.

I love my results! Had a tummy tuck done in November and my scar is hardly visible. My abdomen is completely flat and I feel much more confident. I subsequently had liposuction done at my hips and back and it looks great as well. I am very happy with my results and plan to have a breast lift next.

My first breast augmentation was back in 2008 with Dr. Burnett, and it’s what made me search for him 12 years later! I was absolutely pleased with the first round, I was quite excited to have my implants exchanged. The only problem was after breastfeeding two babies, I was nervous about the choices available for a breast lift. Dr. Burnett is amazing! From the first time I had a consultation, His friendly and attentive staff greeted me and called me to the waiting room within minutes of my arrival. This Doctor is very friendly and has good bedside manor. He did a scar revision on my abdomen. I had a scar that was wide from pubic bone to breastbone from a colon cancer emergency surgery. Dr. Burnett reduced the scar to the width of a scalpel blade. He also removed all the excess fat and skin I had.After it healed it looks great+ I'm very satisfied with the red ults. Dr Burnett is an amazing surgeon that produces amazing results.. There are not many surgeons in the central valley I would recommend but Dr Burnett definitely gets my recommendation as he knocked my surgery out of the park!

Can’t say enough good things about this Dr! He was communicative from day one, took his time, answered all my questions. Day of surgery still took the time to re explain everything and even try to solve hospital clerical paperwork errors (not his job) still did so with a smile on his face. This surgeons experience speaks for itself and my breast’s look amazing 750cc HP silicone and they are perfectly healing. His staff in Fresno answer that phone in 2 rings or less! Always answer all questions politely and professionally. I am recommending this surgeon as the best breast man out there.. 30 years of experience! Can’t beat that. This office even made sure when I ran out of meds they called ahead and made sure to have them ready for me at my closest pharmacy in another town 2 hrs away with no problem being a controlled substance and all, allowing my sister to pick them up for me. I will definitely refer any and all friends & family to him. 2 weeks post op now btw and not one issue with them. Dropping perfectly and I feel great! Dr. Burnett removed alot of leftover skin and fat from my abdomen after I had rapid weight loss of 60 lbs due to colon cancer in late 2014. I had a horrific scar from the cancer surgery. He also did a scar revision. Now I am so much happier with the way i look. The scar is very thin. All the excess skin and fat is now gone. My surgery was not a "tummy tuck" because I did not have the muscles tightened but my belly looks pretty flat to me.

Dr Burnett has operated on me twice now. I am very happy with my results.

Dr.Burnett performed my breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, and liposuction. He made the entire process a great experience for me - from the consultation, to surgery and post surgery, every step of the process, I could not ask for a better experience. When you meet Dr.Burnett you will understand. He is so kind and he really cares about his patients. He is patient and answers every question you have (I had very many). His staff is just as great. I was so close to getting surgery with this doctor, I even paid a $100 consultation fee. However my experience was horrible. I noticed how unorganized the staff was, the lack of interest of the dr. To hear what my request were, he was in the room for 5 minutes and left, thats an easy way to get $100.

Stay away from this doctor at all cost! I had a primary rhinoplasty done with him years ago and have since had multiple revision surgeries (done in LA) to try and correct the damage he did to my nose. I had a deviated septum that he failed to fix, a hanging columella, collapsing of the left side of my nose, and a protruding tip that look aesthetically horrible! One of the worst mistakes of my life was opting to trust this doctor with surgery on my face. He should not be a practicing surgeon for all I’m concerned as he does not have the knowledge or skill set to be performing any plastic surgeries. Please don’t make the mistake I did. I would have to rate Dr. Burnett about 20 stars if I could. My body naturally has complications from surgeries, but Dr. Burnett did an amazing job with my abdominal lipectomy (tummy tuck), and the follow up care he gave afterwards was amazing. Jennifer, his back office nurse was super friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Burnett's bedside manner was amazing. I don't even know what I could type here to describe how happy I am with the Dr. Burnett and his entire staff. As far as the results from my surgery, I have never felt more confident, comfortable, and amazing in my own skin as I do now. Dr. Burnett removed both of my ruptured silicon breast implants. He did an outstanding job. They look better now than before the removal and I attribute that to his surgical skill. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. The office staff are very nice and helpful. His surgical team were outstanding! I could not be happier!

Dr Burnett has had to perform facial surgery to remove melanoma on me twice now in 3 years, the most recent 3 weeks ago. He has a very calming and reassuring demeanor that has made the procedures easy to endure. His skill made the recovery process also easy and comforting. I pray I never have to deal with this issue again, but if, I'll return to Dr Burnett in a heartbeat!
