I specifically asked if they treated children when I made an appointment and was assured they did. After waiting outside 15 minutes past my appt. they called my child back and advised he had a cavity but, "they don't care for children here" and I'd be reffered out to someone else but, they'd clean them...she literally brushed his front teeth and said "you're all done!"...huh? No floss? No flouride treatment? I brush his teeth myself..everyday...for free. It was a joke.

I received 4 crowns, which required two visits, one which was 3 hours! The team was amazing. Very positive and informative and careful. I really like my dentist, Dr. Filaiye (I apologize for the misspelling of his name). I am so happy and proud of my teeth! Thank you!!!

I didn't have a dentist and had not been to one in probably 12 years except for a couple emergency extractions. Needless to say my mouth was in bad shape... Dr. Andre has been great, and the staff has been great... The place does stay busy so appointment times are usually a ways out, but if an emergency comes up they will try to work you in sooner. I was having a hard time finding a dentist office nearby that would take my mco/coverage. I called 20 places(literally) before I got to Dr. Andres office... I think that is part of the reason they are/stay so busy! ???? Plan to stay for a bit (especially if you are having quite a bit done like myself). I drive a little over an hour to get there and the trip is always worth it! They get quite a bit done each time. I am in less pain and my smile is looking much better already! ???? -Brian

Dr Andre and his assistance were very thorough in explaining procedures and treatment plans for me. Everything was tended to in a timely manner and everyone in the office is pleasant.

My husband made a new patient appointment for a broken tooth and got in the same week, which as a new patient is uncommon now days. My husband went for his appointment and was just flabbergasted at the positivity and how pleasant and courteous the staff was. Dr. Andre was very professional and the procedure was a great experience and my husband has anxiety with dentist. Dr. Andre made him feel at ease!! Would definitely recommend. Diane Dalton

Very prompt got my 3 girls in for a cleaning before their scheduled times!!!!!

Shaved one of my teeth without first informing me or gaining my consent. Now one of my front incisors is a different length than the other. I'm very upset.

I have been here several times. The staff are very knowledgeable AND respectfully attentive too my needs /concerns! Especially Dr. J. Andre. He appears too be a perfectionist at his craft. But very kind and patient with everyone in his office(s). I appreciate them being there when I needed there services for my corrective dental needs. I love people and I pray often. U am a new patient here at Dr Andre's office. I really liked the staff, they are pleasant and informative about dental insurance. I had x-rays and a cleaning and was quick and painless. Going back for filling and partials in the next couple months.

Today was my first day here. They did amazing! I went in and they examined my tooth, fixed it, and set me up for a cleaning later this week and another date to fix my other teeth issues. I loved the atmosphere and everyone was nice! 10/10 will be recommending to my family and friends.

I’ve been to this office multiple times. Friendly lady at the front desk, who made sure my appointment was right. I have never before had such a great experience having a filling done. Dr James T. Rickman preformed the work and made sure that I was numb and didn’t feel a thing. The work was done timely and the filling was smooth afterwards. If I could give this place a zero star...I would. I'm a first time patient to this place...I made the appointment for my husband, daughter, and myself for early in the morning. My husband took a half day off work to make to the appointment. We were getting in the car to head to the appointment which was at 9am...it was 8:30am..they called me and said they need to reschedule because their provider was not coming in!! How in the hell do you call someone 30 minutes before their appointment to tell them that you don't have a provider and need to reschedule appointment??!!! If I could give the dentist negative stars I would! The staff are all lovely and it’s a shame the dentist is not. I ended up with a fractured root from a root canal, complained of pain right after the procedure was done and about came out of the chair when the dam was removed. The dentist came back in, grabbed my chin and filed down another tooth. Not a word, just grabbed my chin and filed. No checking to see if the tooth was hitting. I had inquired about full extractions because this tooth now had to be pulled, only to have the dentist say I had “great bone strength”. Hmmm glad I got a second opinion! When a panoramic X-ray was taken, it’s clearly visible I have substantial bone loss and full extractions would be appropriate given my circumstances. Transferred our care far far away from this dentist. It’s a shame because the other dentists previously with this practice were lovely as is the staff. I’ll never let this dentist near my mouth again but I will miss the staff. Can’t say enough about them! If I could give the dentist negative stars I would! Everyone at the Louisa office is so helpful and lovely! They got me in a few months ago for an emergency wisdom tooth removal faster than anyone else could and I'm so happy it happened to be them. They're friendly, kind, and beyond knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them as my family dentist moving forward!

During these crazy times with this Corvid 19 stuff. I had a emergency situation regarding my dental care and a serious 3- tooth bridge repair , prior to starting radiation and chemo therapy ! Dr Andre immediately went into action and got me in and resolved my issues in time to allow me to meet all of my immediate scheduling etc. he was very knowledgeable and creative to accomplish my needs in a limited time, for that; I am grateful and have enjoyed many years of being under his excellent care !

Lost a filling they got me in the same day and had my tooth good as new. Thank goodness!The staff was super friendly and Dr. Andre was very fun informative he knows his stuff!!!

He was very aggressive! And rushed the job. I was there only for one tooth to get fixed he decided to repair whatever he wanted without my Concent and maxed out my yearly allowance With my dental insurance. Before I didn’t have tooth pain and now I do! With no more yearly dentist insurance coverage.

The cost he and neighborhood dentists quoted was affordable to me then. A friend in Richmond Va, suggested her dentist who said was very good and very much affordable. He explained some of my dental aspects that I was unaware of. That was in November 2011 and to-date, I still make my trips to Dr Andre (whether in Louisa or Glenn Allen) for. all my dental needs.
