Horrible. I felt looked down upon and not taken seriously whatsoever. She had a bad vibe and was the least helpful medical provider I had ever seen. Would NOT recommend.

Joanna Hagen is extremely unprofessional. My sister was just there and could hear her joking with the medical assistant about her sexual orientation, and refused to discuss the contraceptive option she wanted.

Really dismissive, did not want to discuss with me any of the medications I had researched, did not seem to care about finding a solution to treat the problem I came in for. Office staff seemed overworked, despite the place being just about empty when I was there. Haven't been able to get a hold of ANY of the staff by phone to follow up. Overall, disappointing.

Joanna Hagen is honestly the best person to put your health in their hands. She looks you in the eye, listens to every word you say. She looks at the whole picture & doesn't just send you out the door with medication. You can literally see her mind going thinking of every possible reason something may be happening with your health. You leave your appointment in awe, wondering why you're not as passionate and considerate about your own health as she is for you. She is a true treasure. Im blessed.
