Doctor Gradner is just a wonderful person and doctor! She takes the time to listen to her patients, and she cares how we feel. She is the best!!!!

Dr. Gradner always listens to me and is excellent at diagnosis. She does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist when one is needed.

One of the most compassionate and attentive doctors I have ever encountered. Provides a very thorough, patient-centric exam. She is super smart and knowledgeable. Dr. Gradner will dig deep to help her patients in any way they need. Her staff is very pleasant and provide excellent follow through as well. I feel fortunate to have found her!

I visited one time and haven’t been back. She may have been experiencing a bad day, but seemed to have a bad attitude and was short with me. I don’t need that.

First I have to say I am not her patient. My aunt however has been for awhile. My aunt is in her 80's and most of the time is made to see a nurse practitioner and maybe once a year the doc herself. My aunt was ill on Friday so during a spring snowstorm I went and took her to the office. As usual we saw the NP Samantha. She put my aunt on over the counter meds as she appeared to have viral and not bacterial infection. On departing Samantha said call on Monday and if you have not improved and an antibiotic will then be ordered for you. So my aunt has not improved and called the office not once but twice because her first call was not returned. When she called the second time she was told Samantha was no longer there but now in Rochester and would not be returning. My aunt then called a third time and then and only then the office said we will contact Dr Gardner. I myself have concerns of her ability to care for patients. I have my primary who has been diagnosed with cancer and took treatments himself and when I have an appointment I see him. I was once employed at Community Care with Image Care and I know where I worked we prided our self in how we treated our patients. Maybe Dr. Parikh should be notified. Come on every patient matters. I am in my mid 40's and have never had a better experience with healthcare. Dr. Gradner is very focused on one patient at a time, she is never hurried and really listens to her patients. I recently did my annual with a NP and was equally impressed, she took time to listen to me and took great notes that required follow up. I recieved the follow up with days of the visit. I have been seeing Dr. Gradner for a long time.....she is compassionate and professional....I highly recommend her.

Expect to wait 4-6 months for an appointment with the doctor. Instead, patients are passed off to an overconfident, incompetent PA,"Sam", who is completely lacking in any critical thinking or listening skills. Referrals are always to other providers in the Community Care network-good for business, not always for patients. Prescriptions are not filed in a timely manner. You can find more competent medical advice by using Google. Do not waste your time or money on this practice. Go elsewhere.

My medical file was placed in the care of this physician after my physician, Dr. Dowling retired. I had a cat scan at my cardiologist which revealed nothing wrong with my heart but some concern with respect to a different organ. My cardiologist's offce advised me that my general practitioner will probably want to follow up with more testing. The C-scan was forwarded and received by Dr. Gradner's office. I have spoken with the office three times since the scan was first sent to them over three weeks ago. Dr. Gradner has not gotten back to me, despite several calls on my part. Her office staff have advised me that the file is on her desk and that she is very busy. I am still waiting. I do not recommend this practice. I would not rate this experience with any stars. Dr. Gradner is an exceptional physician: caring, thoughtful, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and perceptive. I am lucky to be her patient and would recommend her to anyone.

Worst Doctor Ever and the whole network she is evolved with is the same, Incompetent

I've been seeing Dr Gradner for 8+years. Dr Gradner has been generous & patient with her consult time, I never feel rushed. She listens deeply and considers my views on treatment. I do health research in my professional life so I come with questions, wanting to be involved with the intervention plan. I feel healthy but my issues are chronic, autoimmune in nature. When she moved, I decided to stick with her, even though it adds 30 minutes to my drivetime. She's very professional and thorough.

Jill is very professionall AND personable. She makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. Her office is conveniently located in the same building as the lab and office where they do mammograms. Very good and convenient! I highly recommend Jill if you are searching for an internal physician.

Dr. Gradner has been my PCP for about 12 years. She is EXCELLENT because she really listens to what I say and she notices problems before I do. Dr. Gradner never brushes me off and always answers all my questions clearly. Her office used to be 4 miles from my home. Now it's 15 miles away, but I stayed with Dr. Gradner (and travel 30 miles RT) because she's that good. I highly recommend her.

I have been her patient for 3 years. First and foremost, she is not a caring physician, has no empathy, is unwilling to help patient in need. I do not understand how Community Care can allow her to practice. In my case, she broke a couple of confidentiality rules, as for example, she recommended councellor with whom she share data about me without authorization to share information. Her staff manners are below acceptable standard. This Doctor simply does not like her patients.

Do not use her. It takes 6 months to get in for a physical. You will receive no reminder phone call of your physical appointment. If you miss that appointment she will terminate you from her practice. I was with her for a very long time. I thought she was a good doctor. She was kind and caring. Now she is more about the dollar it seems. She has changed from what she was years ago.
