Living in Pocomoke MD years ago I went here. At the time we had three family practices. Dr. Santiano was definitely the most well liked doctor due to himself and great staff.

Dr. Santiano is an older Doctor, but he seems to stay very up to date with new treatments and procedures. His experience, wisdom, and common sense approach made me feel very at ease. He is the kind of Doctor that you can discuss anything with. I believe that he genuinely cares for all of his patients and enjoys helping. He Must.... Still practicing at his age and charging far less than other Doctors in the area (ended up 50% less compared to my last Dr visit)
