Dr. Richmond cared for me at Mayo Hospital. She was extremely thorough, caring and explained everything. There was several doctors and Many, many test were performed for my diagnosis. The vast majority were ordered by her. I was basically quarantined while they ruled out tuberculosis, but that didn't stop her from suiting & masking up to enter my negative pressure room to examine me and answer all my questions. I have no doubt that she is an excellent doctor.

i have never seen or experienced such a cold, unsympathetic, heartless, unempathetic person who "says" she is a doctor. she talks down to her patients, makes them feel stupid, and accusatory to make her job easier. she smiles when youre in pain and laughs at your tears. she misdiagnoses and perscribes meds that dont make you feel better but makes you feel worse. she takes away your meds that makes your life easier. i recommend her license be revoked.
