Very caring, attentive and thorough. Staff is awesome as well.

Does an excellent job. Accessible, easy to talk to. Knowledgeable. Does need stronger support staff in the computer field.

Very good physician. Have gone to him for a number of years. Found him personable, good listener, and willing to go the extra mile for a person who is willing to work with him and provide the correct information

I saw Dr Parsons for many years while living in Floyd Co. He is super attentive, caring and compassionate!!! I REALLY trust him. He never steered me in the wrong direction. Unfortunately I have moved and am in the process of obtaining a new primary care doctor because of the distance. I absolutely hate to change doctors but I must. If I ever move back to the area I will run to him for care. He’s the BEST primary care physician I have ever had!!!!!

I hate this man he lied on me and had me cut from the clinic i had been going to for 16 yrs. He needs to be removed from the field if hes going to do patients that have been there alot longer than him ( almost all his life even) that way. HE sent me a letter cutting me and I had never not once seen him as a patient Now i cant find a dr because My dr who works with him cant see me Because hes a liar

Dr Parsons was my doctor for sometime and at first he seemed great then I guess he stopped caring about his patients...If your sick you cant sit in a office for hours and wait to be seen and then shoved out the door because no one cares. It seems as long as they can bill your insurance all is good for them they dont have to care. I am no longer a patient of Dr Parsons nor will I ever be again I have made sure everyone I know has been told about my experiences with this so called doctor! He was very rude and talked to me in a very rude manner and of course didnt help with my medical condition at all only made matters worse. I no longer trust him or pretty much any doctors because of the way I was treated and then they wonder why people dont go to the doctor when needed its because of so called doctors like him. The office staff seemed to change with every visit and most of the time they seemed to have a hard time finding your records but I guess you get what you pay for no wonder it took so long to see the doctor. Once I was the last patient and he wasnt even aware I was sitting there waiting as they were getting ready to close. I wouldnt recomend this man to even treat a animal but who knows he may be better at that since thats how he seems to treat some of his patients. I think its time people stand up to these so called doctors who think you get out of med school and carry around a little laptop and make your millions of poor trusting souls who really need there help and they could care less. Might help if they actually checked you when you need help instead of typing lil notes on there laptop they say but then the next visit they say they cant remember what you were there for kinda makes you wonder what they were really doing on there laptop as you sit there hoping for answers. I could go on for days about this man and how he made me feel but its uselss just like everything else just makes me feel good to know my insurance wont be paying for whatever he is doing in his office anymore!! And no the goverment dont pay for my insurance I work for a living and pay for my own!!

I went to this office after recommendation. Was last patient to be seen the first visit, all the nurses had already left and therefore couldn't do my bloodwork and had to make an apt. elsewhere for testing.Called today with flu-like symptoms and was told they "may" be able to see me Wednesday??? Way too many patients to be accepting new patients

he is a very nice young man but he does not listen to the patient after finally getting second opinions on several medical issues that have such been improved upon by different treatment methods other than what he has suggested i could not recommend him to any one else he is a young dr so that may improve with time i hope any way because he is nice to talk with out side of medical issues
