My son and I have been seeing Dr. Ker for about 8 years. We even followed her when she changed practices. She is so attentive to her patients and their needs.

Dr. Ker has a dangerous lack of care and understanding. I strongly recommend avoiding her at all costs! There are many safe/knowledgeable pediatric allergists to seek out.

Dr. Ker is so attentive and cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and comes up with less evasive treatments, when possible. I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Ker is thorough. She answers all my questions. She takes time to listen to my symptoms and theories. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend this personable physician.

Dr. Ker is an excellent allergist. I love how caring she is. She is always on time for appointments. The allergy plan of action is amazing. The staff is nice and polite. My little kids love this practice.

Absolutely ridiculous! I gave a 1 star because I was referred to this allergy specialist for my 3 year old. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. They do not return phone calls either. Needless to say, just because you are a specialist, doesn't mean you can't call me back about my little one. Even my drs office couldn't believe they havent called me for the appt and/or called me back. Absolutely ridiculous! Appointments are rescheduled without considering patients needs. Then, you have to wait months to be seen. It’s hard to get a hold of the doctor.

There are two reviews that mark down this physician because of front-office scheduling issues. IMHO that's outrageous and should not be held against Dr. Ker, who I have been seeing for a little more than a year. She has successfully diagnosed and resolved my always annoying and sometimes debilitating allergies. She is extremely smart and very personable. I would highly recommend her. Dr. Ker is an amazing physician. She has the best demeanor with children. The way she treats my infant is so kind, informed, and conscientious. Her approach has been so helpful in treating my child's rare(ish) immunological needs. I feel like she gives me the time I need to ask questions, and takes the time with us to ensure we always have the right path moving forward. I would highly recommend having your child's pediatrician make the referral directly and when they call you with an opening, take it. The services she provides are a specialty and it's not easy to get in but it is 100% worth the wait/accommodation. Dr. Ker is an amazing physician. She has the best demeanor with children. Dr. Ker is an amazing physician. I recommend her to all my friends. She always takes the time to discuss all the options and reasons for her recommendations. She never makes you feel rushed or like your questions aren’t important. She is great with kids as well. My son and I both get allergy shots at her office and the staff is efficient and kind. As to the negative review above complaining they wouldn’t do allergy testing the day of a first appointment, that is an unrealistic expectation. It’s not like getting a strep test at urgent care. Allergy testing is a multi hour process. It requires advance planning by the doctor to decide which allergens to test for (so they obviously have to meet you first), medication to be adjusted for weeks ahead of time, and staff to carefully monitor you for a reaction. Very very disappointed with the bed side manner of this facility. I called a head of time to make sure my boyfriend could get allergy tested, and they wouldn’t do it day of once we got there. So basically we payed a copay for nothing. Not a fan of this company. Really dissapointed i choose them off google

I saw Dr. Ker on 2/27/17. I'm completely satisfied with the amount of time and attention she gave to my case. She listened to my history and symptoms and we developed a plan to move forward. After seeing several different doctors who were so narrowly focused, I'm relieved to finally find someone who understood my complete situation and will work with me to combat my physical limitations with exertion (cardio).
