I like that Dr. Hollywood is pays a lot of attention to data. Not the exclusion of talking to you, but she clearly stays up on medical science.

Dr. Hollywood and staff are always friendly, courteous and make you feel like you matter. Appointments are never rushed, and concerns are never taken lightly. They care.

Very attentive, caring. Our meetings are interactive discussions, which I appreciate.

My MDVIP physician is medically knowledgeable, caring and honestly candid in providing for my medical needs. These are features that I personally appreciate.

Best Dr and staff in our area. When we are in need of medical attention or advice Dr Hollywood and staff are always there to help. Love my Doctor, she is # 1 in my opinion.

Patient focused….user friendly!

This person, Peter Bascom, doesn’t exist that I know of and is not a patient of Dr. Hollywood’s!!! A mistake was made. Preston’s Bascom’s wife, Janet, is one of her patients. Dr. Hollywood is a 5 star doctor but please ask for a review from her….Janet L.Bascom. She reported the mistake to MDVIP several days ago but it obviously hasn’t been corrected. Could not ask for any more out of Jennifer and her staff!

Although I am just starting to know Dr. Hollywood, she has been attentive and concerned with any health issues I may have. She is thorough and keeps impeccable records of our visits together. I came from a practice that was originally MDVIP and then the doctor went out on her own and kept only 50 patients. I stayed with her, since we were actually related, via my step father. It will take time to establish a close relationship with my new doctor, as I was with my previous physician for over 20 years. I'm sure that I will adjust to the new office in time. These medical professionals are excellent. They listen to your concerns and respond with informed, intelligent solutions. We are very pleased with Doctor Hollywood and her staff.

Dr. Hollywood is an extremely competent primary care physician and has greatly helped me this last year with a myriad of health issues. Her staff are friendly and extremely helpful, always willing to make the extra effort to help. I hope to be a patient for many years to come!

Dr Hollywood and her staff are top notch. They care, they listen, and answer questions. Quick to get back to you when you call. I appreciate all that they do. I don’t know much about mdvip. However, I understand that this organization has allowed for her to be this kind of a wonderful physician who is knowledgeable and caring.

I recently had my first annual physical exam with Dr. Hollywood. She is highly professional and very clear in her explanations of medical issues. I like her directness and assertiveness in treating my medical needs. It is critical for a patient to have confidence in their physician and Dr. Hollywood does well to inspire confidence.

I have been going to Dr Hollywood for over 15 years. She is very professional and once you get to know her she is warm and caring. It helps to come prepared with questions for her as she is quick and efficient and you may feel rushed but she will always answer your questions if you have questions. I was a patient of Dr. Hollywood 18 years ago. She was a professional and caring person. I would like to become her patient again.

Upon arrival Jeff greeted me and his energy made me want to have her be my new doctor. Well from the lobby to the room you sit in there was no hand sanitizer, i had to ask the assistant Abby she had to go find some none on the walls or nothing in hallway. Mind you my appt was 11:15 arrived 11:03. Doctor didn't come in until 11:32. I left at 1215 my appt was for headaches that i made 3 weeks in advance. She is the only doctor in the office with 3 to 4 other patients waiting. Well once doctor arrived she shook my hand, never said who she was or acknowledged my name. Asked how i was doing or nothing. I mentioned to her about stress possibly causing the headaches she wrote for bloodwork and an MRI. Well i went for headaches as i previously stated, but sunday morning something happened to my back i can barely walk. During the session i saw a sign about please only try to be seen for one thing so i said politely, can i not talk about my back in extreme pain. Her response was, " this already took a long time trying to get your history(which i have none, thank goodness). And insurance only covers one thing now my past doctor who left the practice which is the only reason im trying to see a new doctor would answer any question! That was it no yes no whats wrong with your back nothing. She then proceeded to say where is your pharmacy i told her she said ok lets go to the front check out I'll see you in a few weeks. THE young lady said ok lets get you schedule with tears in my eyes i said no id rather not reschedule, she said OK... I then walked away in pain and cried. I paid 20$ to get asked questions, weighed and my height. Highly dissapointed. I left nicely but i will say now after calling 13 other doctors in the area i see why she is the only accepting patients. Nobody likes to feel rushed especially there first time! I really liked Dr Hollywood. I think some people are turned off by the fact that she logs everything into her computer— but for me, someone who went to her with weird symptoms and an unknown diagnosis, that was super helpful when it came to narrowing down potential diagnoses, making sure we weren’t repeating meds, and generally keeping straight anything that went on. I’m a HIGHLY anxious patient, and her “we’re doing it and ITS DONE” way of dealing with giving shots/ doing anything uncomfortable was right on point for what I needed as a patient. She knows her stuff, and she will give you a realistic and methodical look at your issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Hollywood. She is knowledgeable and up to date with current issues and procedures, listens carefully to concerns and is thoughtful with her answers.

Wow...I felt exactly the same way. Frustrated and brought to tears by her lack of empathy and extraordinary condescending manner.Perhaps she is painfully shy? I don't know. Fired her.....or did she fire me? Don't know . Don't care.

I have tried to like Dr. Hollywood. After my initial visit I was NOT impressed, but I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her office staff. However, after four visits there I can't tell you a time when she took her eyes off the computer screen for more than 15 seconds. She ALWAYS seemed rushed and as if this particular appointment was an inconvenience. I never feel heard and by the time the appointment is done I feel discouraged and don't even attempt to ask any further questions.

She has no bedside manner. She seems to always be in a rush. She loves to insurance bill the company to death. Her front office staff are the best. They are very cordial and polite unlike the doctor that they work for. It came to the point that I left her office and found another PCP and I couldn't be more happier.

I was very disappointed with Dr Hollywood .. I felt she was not focused when I was speaking with with her . I felt her attitude was condescending . Her office staff on the other hand couldn’t have been at nicer ! Loved them

Rarely looks at you during appointment--always looking at the computer. Annoyed if another iissue is brought up besides the one for which appointment is made.

One of the least helpful doctors I have ever been to. Very cold demeanor. Stares at computer for most of appointment. Didn't feel like we cared about me and my health at all.
