I wish I never went to this dentist. I had a cleaning done in November 2021 and ended up getting a horrible gum infection from it. I had absolutely no problems with my teeth or gums before the cleaning. I still have gum/teeth pain from just getting a routine cleaning there. And the aftercare treatment for the infection was not good. Also, there is a communication problem with Dr. Walker. He gets most of his info about the patient from his assistants. If you’re having a problem his assistant will ask about the problem and relay that info back to him. He never talks to you about what is going on. And if you page his emergency number (yes, I said page) he does not call you back. Also his office hours are T - Th, so if you have a problem on a Friday you won’t hear from his office till Tuesday. That’s a long time if you’re having a problem. Do yourself a favor and go to another dentist. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I wish I never went to this dentist. I had been a patient of Dr Walkers for many years. Besides one bad call with my dental work I had no other complaints. I kept going, until I didn’t. (Was prompted to change when I was hit with a PPE fee of $15 every time I visited, which was often since that one bad call mentioned above) Then found out, after going to a new dentist, that there were many issues that hadn’t been addressed. (X-ray proof, not opinion). My new dentist, not only doesn’t charge a PPE for each visit but is very helpful and knowledgeable in making decisions as to how to correct this problem, and is not only offering extensive and expensive options. Had to change dentists after insurance change and have been going to Dr. Walkers about 5 years and have never regretted the change. Excellent staff and dentist.

I have gone to this dentist for nearly 15 years and my family, many years before that and I can say without a doubt that this is the best dentist i have ever had. I have never walked out of this place without my issue getting resolved. Always friendly no matter what the situation and get the job done right. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Walker has been my family's dentist for many years. He is very good with children and has always taken good care of my family and myself. The staff if very friendly and the environment is clean and professional. It is always nice to be able to have idle conversation when you are at the dentist, especially as an adolescent.
