Hello, I entered Dr. Katz’s critical care program back in late 2019 and was extremely ill. I was morbidly obese and extremely sick. Dr. Katz and his team worked tirelessly with me and broke down all my aliments and proceeded to address each and everyone one of them. After the next few years (pandemic included). Dr. Katz managed to get me feeling better and gave me back control of my life. In addition, He got me interested in bariatric surgery and why I should think about it. Trust me this was no small feat and I sure as heck didn't want to have it out of fear. Dr. Katz helped me cope with my decision on having the surgery and it was the best decision I ever made. Inhumane Doctor!!! Do not see him. I saw him last night in the urgent care center at Kaiser Permanent due to a huge MRSA boil on my face. The pain was a 9 out of 10. He refused to give me pain medication of any kind and stated he could not help me. I am not an addict and never have been. I explained that I had taken 800 mg of ibuprophen 3 times throughout the day and needed relief. If you canno help me, why are you a doctor? My husband was in the room with me and he didn't acknowledge.
